Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered through just eat for a 12 noon delivery, the driver arrived at 12:30 which I was ok with as I'm sure they are very busy, and the app tracks the delivery for you. I live on the 2nd floor of a 2 storey apartment building which has no lift. I have emphysema & struggle with stairs, so delivery is perfect for me. The driver buzzed my apartment & I asked him to bring it up & long story short he refused to. I checked the application and to my surprise I saw that my order had been delivered! I then spent 25 minutes looking around the building trying to locate my order. Whilst doing that I also made countless attempts to phone the store. I couldn't locate my delivery & as yet no one has answered the phone. Absolutely disgusting service & I'd like my delivery today & an apology.
