The guy with brown/blonde hair in ponytails lets this store down so much. The customer service from him is so poor I witnessed the rudeness from him towards a young girl don’t work in a customer environment if you are going to take your bad mood out on customers. Absolutely disgusting I left my items and walked out the managers seem to turn a blind eye to this behaviour I will not be returning to this store until the customer service improves. Absolutely horrendous

Been to one stop today to drop off a parcel to be told I can't as there's too many. Asked if it can be saved for tomorrow as I cannot get back due to work to be told no. Also the attitude of some of them behind the counter when dropping off parcels is horrendous. Why agree to be a parcel drop off if you don't want to take the parcels! Or huff and ouff when people drop off parcels. Customer service is next to none in here and I won't be using their service again.

I regularly order on Uber from this shop and each time the shop goes above and beyond with bot produce and customer care. They can’t do enough for you ❤️

It is what it is, a small chain grocery store. Smaller than their semi-related Tesco Express chain but always well-stocked with most things you could need in a pinch - bear in mind that they don’t stock Tesco own-brand household goods anymore so you will pay a premium for branded goods. Has its problems with shoplifting but you could say the same about every grocery shop in Stoke-on-Trent nowadays. I have a few friends who work there and the rest of the team are always friendly. The only issue I really have - and this is not reflective of the Fenton team - is the company’s focus on online delivery services like Just Eat etc. - the company have not invested in man hours to cope with this. This has the double knock-on effect of leaving in-store customers waiting for service, while the assistant on shift is run ragged and can more easily make mistakes, leading of course to unhappy online customers. The team put on a brave face which is admirable, but the way it’s been described for a job that essentially pays minimum wage is ghastly.

Good place to get most of your daily items. Also has a free car park and open 7 days a week

Ordered 2 packs of beer via just eat and they only sent one. Ripped off by £8. Rang the shop. Man who answered was indifferent and didn’t even say sorry and said to contact just eat. Horrible customer focus and service. Local businesses run by yobs. Could have offered to sort it out. Another business I won’t be using. Sign of the times. People can’t be bothered.

Just popped in for some bread, the man who served me was so rude, no please or thank you, just £1.40, I’ve worked in retail in the past and I would of been sacked for not using basic manners. Won’t use this shop again!
