   Worst customer service I have ever received! I was the only customer in the premises, I was approached by a lady and asked 'do you know what your after' to which I replied ' not exactly, no' , and that was met with a ' well , you'll have to leave' (smile on her face at this point). If that's company policy and the ethos of holland and barrett I'll shop elsewhere! Whataway to treat a key worker coming off a 10 hour shift! I

   I was sick with a cold on my overseas travels and the shop ladies helped me get supplements that kept the cold at bay so I could enjoy the beautiful countryside of Wales. This store is awesome. They have a ton of skin and beauty products and I spent way too much money there. I got a face wash that in two days cleared up a breakout disaster, call Ayumi turmeric face wash. It was such a trip highlight that I took the time to write this review. I wish we had these stores stateside. Cheers, ladies.

   Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vicky the store supervisor on my visit to Holland and Barrett. She was bright bubbly, welcoming and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable!! Everything i asked her she knew about and nothing was too much trouble. The the fantastic range in the new(ish) store and clear view all around, it was a great visit. I look forward to going back again for more advise and great quality pure products.

   Perhaps, Jen Jones is unaware that Dog Oil, can be used on both humans and animals. Holland & Barrett do sell Dog Oil and it seems a reasonable question. The Neath store is centrally located, in the town centre, within easy walking distance of both the bus station and train station and various pay and display car parks. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. The main downside is that they are on the expensive side, but regular promotional offers offer some compensation.

   There is a sign on desk saying that all their staff are well trained but when I asked assistant for dog oil she asked if I was going to rub it on my dog! Dog oil is a well known ointment for aches and pains. Well trained staff would have known that.
