   Turned up at 0850 to buy some milk for work (bank Holiday 25th aug) door says opens 9am weekends and holidays.....waited outside until 9.05 am then gave up and assumed signage wrong as all shutters down and no noise from within...walked back to work and got car and drove to Tesco. When I got back at 0917 all open. If you can't be bothered opening on time you are going to lose customers (I won't be back)

   Card minimum stooooopid man. Gets me my monster for the day but can't pay with card without being forced to buy more. The male is always on the phone to people when serving anyone, therefore I can't hear him and not sure if he's talking to me or this geeza on the phone. Stoooooopid. AND STOP CHANGING DA PRICES AT DA TILL YOU DONUTS. However da people in da shop is nice an dat is dat.

   I wish there is an option to give 0* because this place is a thief. I've sent a parcel to my family for Christmas present via DPD unfortunately they weren't home at the time so DPD left it at the shop. We went there 3 times with a photo ID and email confirming receiving name and was refused by the staff that we weren't allowing to collect our parcel despite all the evidence given. So I contacted the DPD to re-arrange delivery which was supposed to be picked up on 10th Dec (however *the thief* decided to sign for parcel themselves on 9th dec 20.25pm. So I phone the shop and asked what on earth is going on, we went there with proof for collection and you were being very difficult and all of a sudden you gave the parcel to the a random stranger with no proof of ID on collection. Evidence shown as below: *proof of purchase * proof of mis-delivery * proof of parcel been delivered to the local shop * proof of collection (which isn't my family member) Yes, I am angry because this was a gift for my family but if I known you needed this more than my family does than I'm more than 100% to forgive you. I just hope what you've taken is worth it. In life people work hard for their money (honest money) which something I'm sure you aren't familiar with. All I have left to say is that "The moment you asked for forgiveness, god forgave you. Now do your part and leave the guilt behind" Happy Christmas 2021 Best-One Convenience Store!
