   When visiting the Castle Tesco Store this evening I was spoken to in a rude, unprofessional manner by 1 member of staff. I accidentally picked up a baguette which was in the reduced area, she ran to me and said "you won't be having that" and snatched it out of my hand and said "that is for charity". She made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers. At the end of the day all this woman just had to say is "Sorry these things are for the food bank" and there wouldn't of been a problem but this woman was trying to make out I was stealing from charity. When all I did was pick up something I thought was reduced. Which was a simple honest mistake.

   I sent my return parcel via this store and it never reached its destination. Beware and make sure you ask for a receipt!

   I have complained for eleven weeks that the ATM has been unable to provide receipts when making withdrawals, without success! Can somebody with the authority please address/solve this issue? Thank you!

   Small store that is conveniently located and has a wide range of items available. The store was clean and tidy, and easy to navigate. Prices are more expensive than larger stops, but that's the expected price of convenience now...

   Staff often take ages to verify age on self checkout even though there standing 3 feet away and don't respect customers in store. Use the Co op or Sainsburys a bit further up the road much more pleasant experiance

   Like a smaller, slightly more expensive version of a Tesco Superstore. If there was a supermarket closer I wouldn't shop here. It's open until late though, which is handy.
