   I attended the Cherwell Hospital on 16 December for a Dupuytrens Fascietomy of my left hand. I am 77 years old and i have never been in hospital before or had an anaesthetic. All of the staff from receptionist to nursing staff ant the surgeon and anaesthetist went out of their way to explain everything and put me at ease. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I even almost enjoyed my stay11 I would have no hesitation in recommending Cherwell Hospital to anyone and I would like to thank everybody for their excellent treatment.

   Recently I had an operation in the Cherwell hospital Banbury where I received excellent treatment from diagnosis to treatment. All staff were professional and kept me informed on all aspects of my condition from diagnosis to treatment. Consultation was well explained and all departments sent paperwork to inform me of all I needed to know. My consultant was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and treated me with great care. My first operation in my life and I was not looking forwards to it but everything went very well with my recovery starting very next day.

   This was my 2nd operation in 6 months at the Cherwell Hospital. The team from start to finish were simply amazing. The care is exemplary and everyone from the porters, HCA’s, nurses, surgical team, and the amazing Kathryn (physio) are a credit to your organisation. I can’t thank you enough for the care and time each and everyone of you gave me. Now the hard bit, recovery. I would recommend Ramsay Health Care at the Cherwell Hospital.

   Great hospital, lovely staff. Plenty of car park spaces. But you do have to pay, so please make sure cars covered for your stay.

   Mr Kordas got me running again within 6 months of seeing him. Although he was brilliant through the whole process Karen was a superstar!! Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was able to accommodate appointments and call backs around my work schedule. 10/10 I'd never look anywhere else for any sort of treatment! DT

   Mr Kordas promised that he would get me back on my bike within a few months of a total hip replacement operation, so i was really pleased to feel strong enough to get back on my bike after only 5 weeks post operation and even cycle up a Col in the French Alps. I have to say that I am really impressed by the the whole set up at the Cherwell Hospital. As an architect I appreciate precision, and I am in awe of what a surgeon can achieve in terms of getting equal leg lengths absolutely right, under theatre conditions, after my body had been asymmetrical for so many years! I wish i had had the operation years ago. Please extend my thanks to the entire team at the Cherwell Hospital from nurses to Anaesthetists to Physiotherapists who were all caring and extremely professional throughout the process. You people are truly amazing. Moreover thank you for giving me a pain free life back.

   An incredible experience from arrival to departure. 5 star all the way. Booked in for day procedure and was personally taken to my beautiful private room. The nursing staff were attentive and on hand all the time and the anaethitist and surgeon were superb. Treated like a celebrity. I could not recommend this Hospital and all who work there more. Thank you.
