   We were staying nearby for a week's holiday when my daughter needed to see a doctor. Our whole experience at this medical centre was incredible, registering my daughter as a temporary patient and her immediately being seen and prescribed treatment, which was then swiftly fulfilled at the onsite pharmacy. Everyone was so helpful, I am incredibly grateful!

   I feel so fortunate to be a patient here. Twice this week I’ve used the online form and the response has been super speedy and both times I’ve been given an appointment that day. I’ve been a patient here for 10 years and the service just gets better.

   Having moved to Brackley just over 2.5 years ago I joined the Brackley Medical centre and I can honestly say it's a wonderful place. I'm always seen quickly, other services are offered to me should I need them, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor's are friendly and it is a very clean and welcoming environment. Well done to everyone involved. Even the pharmacy is brilliant, although a little busy at times but that's just because they are so popular. Highly recommend.

   I am now living and working in Bournemouth. I am very happy with my job and accommodation. My only concern is leaving the best doctors surgery I have ever been with. I have health issues and I have to have medication. Whenever I have a medication query. I state on line and I always jave a call with in an hour or two. I explained that I have to leave this amazing service and I have had to register down here. The amazing pharmacist sorted my to be sent to a pharmacist here. She gave me enough medication to last me until I have tma GP here. Every member of staff are so kind and helpful. The receptionists are never rude, they are kind and helpful. The surgery always called me if I was unw6and sorted an appointment with a doctor. I have had appo8with Dr Parsons and Dr Earl.(how amazing, to see doctors that listen and help. I am sorely going to miss excellent surgery. Brac

   Absolute negligent drs surgery ! Poor service 6 times in 6 months they have issued out of stock tablets gone against peditrician ignore pediatrician had me waiting in the emergency department to change her medication to one in stock the very next month we are back with the same problem , even tho there is an open complaint via nhs voice and and ombudsman, I’m tiered of it , I’m prescribed more medication myself because of the stress the drs are causing all I want is for my daughter to safely get her prescription on time no problems ,no wasting my time or hers taking other peoples appointments for drs negligence, iv even got a nasty letter written by the dr blaming us when it’s them month after month , do better have some respect and show some patient care ! Do not email me to remove my comments or try and sort it out because I did that last time still not resolved is it ? Terrible I am contacting the local newspaper now 6 months and still doing it !

   This is an excellent Medical Centre with a great team of dedicated GPs. They have supported me through various issues. I have only had a single negative experience in 25 years, and that was one appointment from a nurse who no longer works there. I have a mixture of in-person and telephone appointments depending on the nature of the issue, and I am fine with that. I had in-person appointments during the pandemic too, but I don't need to waste my time and theirs for a meds review, which can certainly be conducted remotely. I am thrilled the Centre has reintroduced the emergency on-the-day walk-in clinics. These are so helpful.

   Always had a good experience here, definitely find the negative reviews odd. I moved up here from an extremely busy town in Buckinghamshire and the way you get treated in Brackley Medical Centre is amazing. Kind and sympathetic staff, not having to wait too long for appointments (in comparison to the surgery I used to be at!). Think some of the small towners up here need a reality check. Our NHS is underfunded and absolutely stretched to it's limit, maybe show some support and help change things instead of slating your local medical centre trying to do their best!

   Terrible. Cant get a GP appt , no continuity of care from the urgent medical team, receptionists interpreting blood results and inefficient pharmacy staff. Im having to use A and E inappropriately as I cant get any sort of service from the medical Centre. Im a health care professional myself and am shocked how the centre has declined over the years.
