Worst Dr's surgery ever. Never answer the phone and you go in and its empty they are just letting it ring and ring. Wish they would let people change

Tried to call them in the morning to cancel my babyβs appointment about his injection. It said I was number 1 in queue for 30 minutes and nobody answered.

I had to chase them up for something I needed on 3 separate occasions in over a week after being promised to get it over text. Eventually after getting no where over the phone I had no choice but to interrupt their βtrainingβ to even speak to anyone as they closed without notice. I wouldnβt have even left a review if it wasnβt for me over hearing them talk rubbish about me through the door, when all I needed was an answer or some advise! I would also like to point out that they are PAYED to PROVIDE a service. So be aware they donβt care and openly talk badly about you to other staff!! I finally did get it through text as I was leaving and donβt think I would have if it wasnβt for me asking how to go about writing a complaint (as I had heard them say they forgot to send it out) never had this experience with any doctors and I dread even going back if I do need help! Absolutely appalling, if I could give no stars this would be it.

A lot of training has been done to make the whole experience negative. Staff are unhelpful and proud of the fact they preside over a system of total incompetence. Texts from the practice to make an appointment for a long term condition are met with 'that's not important, we don't have any appointments, come back in a few weeks. Requests for an appointment concerning a facial mole which likes to bleed are met with you must use Airmiduk app which is particularly unhelpful when you don't know what to book and who to book with and there is only one available with a HCA in 24 days time and then do take that slot? and if I do am I wasting their and my time? Telephone service? prepare for a very long wait and and sly comments. This practice is paid for by the NHS to PROVIDE healthcare but delivers a woeful chat bot inspired service unfit for the patient. I'm sure dealing with them does little to improve patients health and wellbeing. Until the practice is made to act professionally and held to account Rushden health will remain poor. A disgrace to NHS principles.

If I could change to another doctors, I would. It's impossible to get an appointment, even if they've sent you a letter for a check up. They " release " their appointments of up to 3 weeks in advance. You're told to come back and try again.. So far no luck, every time I go back the next 3 weeks are fully booked. It's a vicious cycle. If its urgent you're sent to Corby walk in centre, who by the way, say they're over run with clients from Rushden Medical Centre! To note, if you have a repeat prescription make sure you request it a good 10 days before you need it. Last time I waited 12 days for it to be ready ! To top it off the receptionists are not friendly and I've seen happier dead fish.

Minus minus ZERO star for this clinic! Useless clinic! It is ridiculous what they are doing there. Every time when I call the woman says -no appointments left and call tomorrow morning. I am calling in the morning again, this time number 27 on the queue, waiting hours again and again no appointments left. Gkfjfhfhfh Nobody is doing their job there. NHS have to close this clinic so I can register myself and my children to another clinic! Uselesss useless uselesss! Update: My 5 years old had an ear pain and when I asked for appointment the lady on the phone asked: βDid you ask the pharmacy first?β and I said βYes, they said HE IS TOO YOUNG to give any medicine without prescription!β and after that the lady said: βHe is too youngβ¦OK what is date of birth?β I canβt believe they do this to the people! I am speechless!

Do not use this doctors surgery. Have been trying to get my 5 year old daughter seen only to be told that it will be a phone consultation, when the doctors did eventually ring, he said he will ring me later so he can look at the photos I sent in. That was 2 hours ago, he still hasn't rung me back. The receptionist is also very rude and wasn't helpful at all.

The doctors here truly don't seem to care about their patients! After rining all week trying and failing to get an appointment (the same issue everyone else is having) I rang 111 who did an assesment over the phone. They told me to ring the doctors and tell them 111 have said I need to be seen within the next 2 hours before closing as the GP's have a duty of care to their patients. But unsurprisingly the duty doctor said to either ring 111 back (what can 111 do over the phone for me?) or go over to corby. I have been ill for 2 weeks and am getting worse but the surgery don't seem to help and only pass on patients to the corby urgent care clinic.

Worst medical centre around. Can never get appointment, not even over the phone. The ones you can get are with nurse practitioners or with a GP in 3 weeks time. For anyone moving to the area I would stay clear. Feel like action needs to be taken from the CCG.
