   By going through The Bridges Clinic I was. able to have a CT Scan within 2 business days. However, whilst my Dr called me with a probable diagnosis 24 hours later, I then had to wait for the MDT (Multi Discipline Team) to have their weekly meeting. Then, I had to wait a further 2 weeks for the letter to reach my Dr with the final ‘thoughts’, on the possible problem. 3 weeks in total … next time I will go through a Private Hospital and have an immediate result.

   Having good bedside manner is half the job!Consultant Aneesh Mohindra has poor bedside manner: not very good with putting patients at ease before treatment and likes to make inappropriate remarks during consultation! I know this having been treated by him in the past. He lacks empathy and not very good with seeing things from a patients point of view! He also works for luton and dunstable and bedford hospital! Just doing my bit to warn the British public!

   Receptionist was really rude when I phoned up regarding a problem with my appointment. She insisted I wasn’t through to the right place even though I was trying to reschedule an existing appointment that had been cancelled by the clinic. She then insisted I needed to make an upfront payment of £200 to reschedule my appointment which I never did when initially booking. I said I’d think about it and she suggested maybe a free clinic would be more suitable for me. Really disappointed in the service

   I recently got a tonsillectomy by Mr Rashid. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He talked me through everything and made me feel really at ease before the surgery. When I was in recovery I would email him all the time with different questions I had and he would reply within the hour which was so helpful and he would always reassure me. If you go to Bridges Clinic regarding ENT surgery I strongly recommend Mr Rashid.
