I had my ears pierced today at this store. The lady that pierced my ears was brilliant and it didn't hurt. She explained how to look after my ears, and the lotion was included. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have to say everytime I visit this store the staff are always upbeat and positive! Considering how busy they were today nothing was too much trouble. Good selection of beauty products as well and reasonably priced.

A lovely store and can move around the isles, easy to find items. The staff are lovely especially the young lady on the till today, she always a smile, friendly and has a laugh.
I've only recently started using Superdrug but I'm so glad I did. The app is great, you can order for home/store delivery or collect order from store. The service is fantastic. The prices on the majority of goods stocked are generally cheaper than other leading high street retailers. Keep up the great work superdrug
