Wow what a 180 from my original review. Nicky is a cliché nasty middle aged white woman Karen so disappointed in her. Accused my dog of biting her when he was just playing which she knows and caused no harm and she said had a massive bruise which is just not true. She said shes the nicest woman you will ever meet, you absolutely are not.
