    I bought Christmas Garland today. I dissapointed for the prices. I checked the prices on website, normally they were £20 but now £12. I got from Leicester store 4 of them yesterday and price was same with the website. İ bought 4 same garland today from Hanley store. they were £25 each but now £20. I had shock! I am thinking, B&M is the professional company in UK and how they are doing this?

I've witnessed customers seeking assistance and the staff readily helping them without hesitation. The enthusiasm of the staff in this particular store to assist customers in finding products is commendable. Additionally, the elderly ladies at the billing counter are incredibly caring and kind. Even the thoroughness of checking IDs for alcohol purchases, totaling 25 checks, reflects their genuine concern for customer well-being. *They have got KF for 2 pounds per bottle*

    Great store, friendly staff. Nice to see an assistance dog sign on the store door. I'm really struggling doing things on my own. Sometimes, having my dog is a must. Good for b and m. Glad you acknowledge there people with disabilities. I take ages to decide on buying things. Always love seeing friendly face staff. That make me feel safe in the store. I was having a really bad day when I visited last ( so far not brought my dog in store, due to been refused by some other store/ shop experiences that dont know the disability act 2010.) Your staff unknowingly and a few customers lifted my spirits that day. So thank you. Some times a smile and a little help, a chat means a lot. Goes a long way. Keep up great service, guys. Thankyou.
