We tried using medicspot for the first time as we couldn't get an appointment for my daughter. The doctor prescribed her medicine but the perscription we were given was incomplete so it would not be filled at the chemist. We contacted medicspot and were assured it would be corrected by the following morning but the next day the perscription was again incomplete and the different chemist they sent us to would not fill the perscription. We contacted them again and they have provided no help. In the end we had to be seen by a different provider as my daughter was very ill and needed medicine. I am very disapointed with service we recieved. It was a waste of time and money so I wouldn't recommend it to others.
