If I could rate this shop zero stars, I would! I've been using this shop since 2018, I am a regular, and this is my local shop. The shop offers Evri Parcel service, however whenever you utilise the use of this service, staff are rude, arrogant, roll their eyes and huff and puff. Staff make customers feel as if you are a nuisance and inconvenience when collecting or dropping off parcels, despite this being a part of their job description!!!! In particular, a lady called Ceri. On multiple occasions, this woman has been rude to me. On all occasions I was utilising the service of Evri Parcel drop and collect. Previous reviews on here have complained about a lady beginning with C, I can only assume this is the same woman! There is a lack of good customer service. I will be taking this complaint further, and writing to head office .
I went early today before going to work to pick up a package of Evri when a female staff member with long, black hair attended me with a (very unpleasant attitude). She didn't like at all that I arrived early and made a comment in a low voice about it. She wasn't friendly at all, unprofessional. A bad image for the supermarket without a doubt.
Fantastic shop, not familiar with the area popped in. They had everything I needed really good selection. The staff were really polite and helpful. Even helped me out with directions. Great customer service.
Small assortment, I would say practically nothing. There are items like bread, milk, meat, chicken that I would not recommend buying here. Having a sandwich with coffee is possible. There is an ATM and a coffee machine from Costa. There is also a car park in front of the shop and that's it.
Walked in as my daughter was walking out, and the staff were talking about her??? They wouldn’t say it to her face so why say it behind her back? The level of unprofessionalism is very concerning, who hired these people?
After getting off the train from a long distance at 10 48 this was the closest store for food or drinks I was desperate and got there a put 6 ot 5 mins to spear when I entered the shop I was stopped by a slim blond elder woman who said they where closed. Even though there was still at least 5 minutes to go al I wanted way a sandwich and a drink because of my long travel but then was abruptly shouted at busy a shot older brown haird lady behind the till. First and last time I will go here what terrible attitude this woman has.
Worst place ever they always try to get money from costomers by many adding a cheeky 10 to £1 the prices there are the worst would you like to buy one cone of ice cream for 2.50. I want to also say that the customer service is bad because staff gossip about their customers. I wouldn't recommend that shop to anyone
Worst shop I ever used. Sometimes I use uber eats to delivery some small groceries and 4 times after receiving items I had to ask for refund because many items were missing. They do not mark products they run out while they should . I won't be ordering from them ever again
I am a regular customer at McColls, I think your shop does some great offers! The customer service is excellent, the staff are always friendly, polite and eager to help. Yesterday the customer service went above and beyond. I don't drive and I was in a taxi on my way to work, I realised I had no cash on me, so I called McColls to use the cash point. I had forgotten my PIN number and was about to block my card, I was in such a panic to get to work on time, and a staff member called Wendy borrowed me the money from her own pocket, I was so grateful, I really didn't know what to do, I returned the money to Wendy later that day. I just wanted to write a review to show just how outstanding the customer service is in this shop. I do hope the shop assistants are getting the recognition they deserve. Thanks again Wendy... Your an absolute star and I really appreciate you going that extra mile to help me out. Gemma x
