    Really disappointed with all the stores I've been in. I like the store but the prices on the shelves don't always correspond to the product. Its so frustrating!! If I can't find a price, I don't buy it!

    DO NOT SHOP HERE ME AND MY PARTNER HAVE HAD FOOD POISONING FROM HERE IV BEEN ILL OVER 7 DAYS WE HAVE ALWAYS COME HERE FOR OUR ESSENTIALS AND I WAS EXTREMELY ILL I WAS VOMITING BLOOD WHICH LED MY PARTNER CALLING 101 FEW MINUTES LATER AN EMERGENCY AMBULANCE CAME AND TOOK ME STRAIGHT TO HOSPITAL NEXT DAY MY PARTNER HAS BEEN HAVING EXTREME PAIN AND HE HAS ALSO BEEN POISONED BY THIS WE NEVER EVER HAD TO CHECK MAYONNAISE BUT WE NOTICE THIS WAS THE CAUSE OVER 2 MONTHS OUT OF DATE MAYO WHEN I WENT TO THE TILL I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND EXPLAINED HOW POORLY I HAVE BEEN BECAUSE OF THIS AND MY PARTNER IS AT HOME STILL THROWING UP JAY SAID IM SORRY! I RETURNED FEW MINUTES LATER TO BUY MORE AND WE HAVE NOW BEEN CHECKING ALL DATES TO FIND OVER 15 OUT OF DATE !!! I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED IT TO A SHOP FLOOR WORKER AND HE STARTED TO TAKE IT OFF THE SHELF WHEN I WENT TO THE TILL I ASKED FOR MANAGER ASAP JAY CAME … BUT 10 MINUTES LATER I HAD TO NIP BACK IN AS FORGOT SOMETHING AND IT WAS STILL SITTING ON A TROLLY ON THE SHOP FLOOR SO I REPORTED THIS A SECOND TIME TO THE MANAGER NAME JAY HE SAID ITS BEEN TAKEN OFF THATS NOT THE POINT ANOTHER CUSTOMER MAY NEED THIS ITEM AND TAKE IT FROM THE TROLLY AND THEY WILL BECOME IMMEDIATELY ILL JAY SAID ILL SORT IT SOON ? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND CARELESS I HAVE ESCALATED THIS TO FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS AND TRADING STANDARDS WILL UPDATE WHEN I HAVE UPDATES…

    Bought chocolates which were TWO MONTHS best before out of date. It’s very petty and I understand as it’s Christmas but £3 for out of date chocolate during the christ of living!? Not happy.

    Went shopping for my new kitchen and found plenty nice stuff. Was only sad when the cashier could not allow me buy a cutlery set just because I did not carry my ID with me... Like who would assault who with a fork and knife? Lol

    This b&m is good for shopping as it sells everythig but not as good as there bigger store a bit further down the road from this one On the Dorthy Flude Retail Park which is a lot bigger store as the one On the Dorthy Flude Retail Park as garden centre, This store I do shop in more as its in town.
