Literally just turned up to get my pre-booked flu jab here, was told I wasn't entitled to a free one despite having an NHS text message to say I was, they wanted me to ring my GP. No problem at all with that, I agreed to pay for a private one. I was then told that it would be a 30 minute wait, despite having a pre-booked slot that I'd made online. I said that I couldn't wait that long as it's a working day and was told the room was in use and that was that. I (very politely!) said that I had a pre-booked appointment and I couldn't wait 30 minutes as it was a working day for me and I needed to get back to my job, and that it really wasn't fair to expect me to wait. The woman behind the till was incredibly rude, interrupted me, told me it wasnt her fault and then just completely blanked me and pretended i wasnt there. During this stage I at no point raised my voice or said anything inflammatory or rude or out of line. Disgusting way to treat someone, you should be ashamed.
This is the best pharmacy in Wellingborough. It is well stocked and I was able to pick up medication which wasn’t available in other pharmacies despite being told it would be ordered and available next day. Having been let down by the other pharmacy, I called several other pharmacies in Wellingborough and 3Q was the only one that bothered to actually listened and helped. Staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
I recently had my ear wax removed at this pharmacy and the service was excellent, prompt and the results were awesome- I can hear again. Lovely lady who did the treatment is friendly , gentle and made me feel at ease.,
Staff are very kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help and give advice. Special thanks to the lovely young lady who showed me how to use my inhaler. Definitely a five star pharmacy.
Fantastic pharmacy, Ritesh and the team are always super helpful. i had a nightmare getting my migraine medication previously but with free delivery im now never without what i need and a quick/call or message when i need my repeat is delivered within 24hr.
Very good service from this pharmacy. I'm currently a patient of GenderGP and I received my electronic prescription yesterday morning. After a week's delay and I wanted to get my prescription as quickly as possible, it was the only pharmacy open at 8pm yesterday (19th February 2023). Went in their and showed the code, they were very polite and explanatory with what they were doing. 4 bottles of estrogel and 3 boxes of finasteride for a lot cheaper than the online pharmacy that prescribed my hormones last time. Very glad I used 3Q Pharmacy. Although as GenderGP is an online service i don't know their staff personally and wasn't aware that the doctor that prescribed my hormones was registered outside of the country (although still in the EU so managed to get my prescription, thank you so so much). Cannot thank this pharmacy enough for their friendly and professional service enabling me to proceed with my gender transition as smoothly as possible by giving me my prescription of hormones. Will definitely use again, and i recommend anyone who needs to find a good pharmacy to use these guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Disgraceful and pathetic. It was a recommended pharmacy as it seemed to close late. Unfortunately due to circumstances they did not serve me but instead of apologising I was treated thus I was a young girl which was clearly misjudged and the lady behind the counter started talking and laughing about me behind my back to her colluege is plain ear shot. If you are going to be foul minded and have nothing better to do..next time wain until the customer has gone out of your small easy of hearing environment shop before making judgements and snide comments.
Really great to see that 3Q are such a highly rated pharmacy. I've had nothing but great service, consistent professionalism and trustworthy advice from their knowledgeable staff for many years. I real asset to our area.... and after looking after a poorly relative for a time, discovered that 3Q are relied upon by patients and medical professionals from much further afield.
