   I have just visited the Travel Clinic at Earls Barton. The staff were really helpful and attentive. Jay was the gentleman that helped me with my vaccinations themselves. He took time to look at what I needed for my holiday destination and discussed the options thoroughly. He was really professional, helpful and made the whole experience worth the trip.    For me, this Pharmacy, Linked to Jay's shop is a perfect local pharmacy we can get to easily on foot. So, that's an advantage. It has friendly and knowledgeable staff and everything one needs from a pharmacy. They dispense prescriptions of course and will do things like give flu and covid jabs. It's link to Jay's shop means there are all sorts things to buy - some clothing, books, cards, toys, the local museum, and a lovely little cafe and restaurant for daytime meals and teas. It's a key reason this village is such a nice place to live. It's a bit of a hub and fountain of local knowledge.

   Thank you so much to Jay and the team especially Mohammed, I started Mounjaro at the very end of December 2024 and I've currently lost 4 stone. Mo sees me every month and i have a a full consultation with him. He advises me every month on tweaks I need to make he makes sure I'm taking the medication safely. No question is too small or stupid for Mo. He is so friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for Mo I probably would have given up by now but having the support and monthly check in has been so helpful to me. Definitely 5* review from me. Thank you for helping me and giving me my life back.

   Amazing service from the Jeyes team today not only with dispensing medication but also clearing out my daughter’s blocked ears using suction technology. They were efficient, patient and careful. We didn’t have to wait. What an amazing service to have in our village. The best money I have spent in years and now she can’t stop smiling as she can hear!!!

   Very friendly staff, although I always without fail have an issue with my prescriptions, I can only put them in a day before I run out, and I always am told they aren’t ready. This time I put one in on the website Monday morning at 8am, I have just called them (it’s now Friday afternoon) and they don’t have the item. I can’t do anymore than I’m doing.

   We were about to go on holiday when the testing rules changed over the weekend. I contacted the pharmacy on the Saturday night,and even though closed,got a response within 30 minutes and new test kits sorted for us.fantastic client service. On our return they advised me that if we could get our tests back before 5pm ,we could get our results next day . In fact we put them in at 4.15 and had results back by 10.30 that night. 1st class service and amazing responsiveness
