Had a nurse appointment to review my ongoing medication. Jayne was lovely, very informative and kind. I wish all the health care workers were always like her

Originally changed practice because of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and on their website they promoted the service for diabetes. Initially first class service with both doctor and diabetes nurse. Six months later no assistance and they now rely on another doctor from outside the practice when they have sufficient number of patients waiting to run a clinic. The website is now just a generic NHS format with minimal information nothing on diabetes. If you want to see anyone you need to be referred to the clinic at the hospital but if you have type 2 good luck trying. The complaint is only with regards to diabetes treatment.

Was went over from Hanslope presumably due to staff availability. Was seen perfectly on time and out 5 minutes later! One warning: don’t follow Google maps directions- it takes you to a residential street where parking is limited and would annoy residents. Intention is probably for you to use the Co-op car park on the other side.

Urgent baby referral rejected AFTER 2 weeks. I do understand the NHS is busy at the best of times. I have been chasing multiple times for 3 days now for an update on when they will respond to the rejection. I am simply told it has been 'redflagged' the GP will look at it when he can. What is the point of an urgent referral if it is to be dealt with when you can. They have now shut for 'staff training' but they will come back with no further knowledge or skills. My 6 year old could do a better job and provide a better service to service users. Some of the individuals are completely shameless and have no sense of duty.

Incompetent, rude and quite passive aggressive receptionist staff. I have the same issues every time I call or attend the surgery to be honest. I realise NHS constraints and busy schedules, but I feel like there should be a polite way to speak to customers regardless of that. Found their tone and behaviour quite passive-aggressive. Asking simple things like confirming “should I go up the stairs and wait now”, I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m stupid. Especially since I don’t come to the surgery that often. Took ages to find my name on the system despite being a registered patient and having an appointment. Nurse was friendly and did her job, but front line staff made it an awkward experience. Was given the third degree. Just being honest!! Could be improved with just a little politeness. Just a bit.

I am a pharmacist at Nottingham in Community. I have called this morning and i was 8th on the line. After 38 minutes my number came, bell was ringing and it went 4 times, no one has picked up the phone and given me message to call back again. This is not acceptable shall/will we all call the surgery and hold for that long or work in the NHS to support other patients or work to earn some money so we can pay the food and heating to our family

I am a new patient to this surgery and had my 1st telephone consultation with them on Friday for a review of my medication. The service I received was friendly yet very professional. The Dr went through everything with me and was very thorough and took his time to explain everything and offer different options. I felt I was listened to and not at all rushed. Fantastic 1st experience with them, very happy.

Excellent, professional, caring surgery from receptionists through to the nurses and doctors. I was seen during the height of COVID-19 on the same day as I had a particular worry. Thank you to everyone involved.

I've been a patient for over 10 years and can't recommend it highly enough. I'm often able to get the same day appointments and doctors and nurses are really good and helpful, especially Dr Phang. Compared with other surgeries, this one truly deserves 5*.
