   Have been with this Doctors for 30 odd years and I have always been treated with politeness and care. They go above and beyond for you, I feel safe in their hands. Dr Arvinte is the most thorough and amazing doctor I have ever met. She's helped me much with my ongoing medical issues. She listens, she is caring and knows her stuff!    This Dr’s surgery is a Joke! 1-Misdiagnosed for 5 years . 2- They will do everything to avoid you getting an appointment not only do they tell you to go to Putnoe walk in, they have now added referring you to your local pharmacist to their avoidance in seeing you face to face tactics. I have been with this Dr’s since Dr Sheridan and Dr Hyder. The Government needs to sort this place out. It’s been terrible for a few years now. Perhaps all NHS Dr’s surgeries are run like this now. And maybe the practice management should contact Mohamed Yasin so as he can assist them in bringing their concerns regarding their workload to the Government.

   I have been registered at the doctor surgery over the past 20 years, since doctor kedward and doctor bins have left and a fewer have left, unfortunately I'm thinking of leaving. This is the first time I've ever complained about this surgery, I live in this nabourhood, lack of communication, doctors are not compitant anymore

   worst surgery, the receptions are rude, there is lot of discrimination, the practice manager does not even respond after complaints. my condition has worsened and there is no support. I have complained and now looking at filing a formal complaint with NHS , dont even bother to register here

   I am presently waiting patiently for over 1 and a half hours for an appointment that I turned up early for. Reception informs me that one person is being seen but unless the poor soul has undergone something tragic I cannot conceive what might take so long. The delay is deplorable and it grates not being informed. The standard of the Surgery is not what it once was.

   If I can, I would give zero stars! Words are not enough to explain the huge amount of stress that this surgery put on me! It's been a year now, since my problems started and I still have no idea what is wrong with me, it seems that no one at the surgery cares and I am still not sent to a specialist. And my symptoms are getting worse. I was promised to be referred to a specialist in the beginning of March. Still no appointment, wrote an enquiry (as it is impossible to go through the phone) and after a week I was told that no one ever even dared to refer me to a specialist. That the doctor that I saw last time wrote that she gave me a general advice and told me IF this continues to call back for referral. I remember even how she explained the procedure to me, telling me to wait between 4 and 5 weeks for my appointment and if I don't get it by then - to call and chase what happened. Useless, pathetic, cruel "doctors"!!! I am changing the practice immediately!

   I dont know how many complaints Ive left with no reply, I have given up now. You wait over 45 minutes to even talk to a receptionist and then we wait for a doctors call back Well, I Asked yesterday for urgent call for my husband diabetic 12/03 and we got a message saying doctor will call on 16th I dread to think if it was not urgent ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ! Im changing practice, Not helpful Just frustrating through and through I Know we are in trying upsetting times but all the more reason I believe they should be more helpful have an extra person on the phones to speak to you instead of saying ", calling to discuss a prescription on specific times and then by the time they answer ot possible , them the wait on telephone and not getting anywhere is a nightmare .

   Such a terrible doctors surgery, booked appointment week before, had to wait for 30min for nurse appointment followed by being told they can’t find my records on the system, followed by being told they can’t do my test screening because managers is not there. In other words waisted my time, on top they can’t keep up with times and walked away absolutely furious. So if you thinking about registration with them. DON’T DO IT FIND ANOTHER ONE.

   I moved to Bedford back at the beginning of November. I went to register and had to get an appointment with a healthcare assistant who would take my weight, height and blood pressure. I was given a choice of having the appointment here or at Elstow. I didn't know at the time that it really makes no difference to me because there's a footbridge over Elstow Brook which means both are about the same distance. Once this was all sorted, it was easy to get my regular prescription for my antiepileptic medicine sorted. I've not actually met my doctor yet, but from observation, if I do, I'll be sure to take a book to read.

   Have been there today for the last time. I have awful suppurating tonsillitis, visible lymph nodes around my neck, pain in the ear, spots on the back of my tongue and horrible headache. And instead of giving antibiotics Dr X said to gargle with salted water, because apparently it is normal to have tonsil stones and they don’t have much informations about that (?) and then she started to google (???) ... Unbelievable! Maybe it is until you doesn’t feel sick AF! I have to add that untreated tonsils cause disease such as rheumatism or arthritis as well as cardiac problems. In my country even kids know that tonsillitis should never be ignored. I’m not sure if this is all english doctors or I’m just dealing with ignorants. Anyway worst experience ever. They never ever helped me, even when I was 7months pregnant and have pain sciatica and pubic bone they tell me to work or go for early maternity leave instead of give me sick note... so I had to go a month earlier for maternity leave and waist time which I should spend with my baby. Very poor surgery... Will never go back there. Would love to show them all middle finger.
