Louise and Pauline are just incredible people. Not only amazing at their job, they made me feel so comfortable. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I went three times (so far) and every time they made a daunting process a breeze. I was in complete care and safe hands with them. I feel lucky to have been looked after by Louise and Pauline... thank you so much xxx

Avoid at all costs if you remotely care for your health or sanity. Particularly avoid if you have a history of trauma. Reception never answer the phone or return voicemails, so despite cancelling an appointment, you will receive a letter stating you did not attend. Senior consultants will tell you you are not feeling what you are feeling after 7 months worth of stagnant appointments (even if scans have confirmed what you have said and them having taken on your case on this basis). You are scrutinised, as opposed to the reason you sought gynaecological help, and fertility is prioritised over pain (in my case, from a demonstrably atypical mass), making care misogynistic and actively harmful. You are not allowed anyone to accompany you to appointments, yet privately with the same consultant, this is not even questioned. Given scans corroborate my concerns and I still have not been taken seriously, I dread to think of the amount of patient claims that would have been dismissed with no such backing. If you are repeatedly told “I will look after you”, but find yourself receiving no care, something isn’t right.

Never answer phone calls even when for the operators manager and won’t pass on test results to the GP even when the pain and other symptoms continue.
