Big thank you to Mark. Within 30 mins of my emergency call he was at our service with the new part to repair an electric wheelchair. This was outstanding and really really appreciated by our service user. Without the chair this person is completely immobile so to have such a fast efficient service really prevented a lot of anxiety and upset. Cannot thank you enough.

It’s a very friendly service for sure but my partner is in a wheelchair and considering wheelchair services is here and is used by disabled people, getting in is tricky as there is a little curb, the door opens outward and the passageways are all quite narrow. I feel quite stressed going there with my partner.
