Somaiya, he was absolutely fantastic as was the dental nurse who was working alongside him, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. They were both very professional and made me feel instantly at ease as soon as I walked into the room. I was very nervous with it being an extraction but they talked me through everything and reassured me throughout the procedure and ensured I was comfortable. He is by far the best dentist I have been to and will definitely be back for any further treatments I need. Thank you again for a positive pleasant experience.”

Over Christmas, our border collie got in to a present that we found out was full out chocolate and they got both our dogs in straight away. Our old dog has had a few emergency appointments due to her arthritis and they have always seen her instantly and been brilliant with her. Great vets, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable”

“I have this week been sent to Kettering General Hospital A&E by my GP, although it was busy and getting busier all the time I was seen quickly by a triage nurse and sent on for various tests that resulted in me spending the night in the CCU. The following day I was given various proceedures and eventually discharged late in the afternoon.During the time I was there I witnessed professional, caring staff doing their best to care for their patients and I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for the care I was given. Kettering and the surrounding towns have grown enormously in the fifty plus years since we moved here, if there is a problem with our locaal NHS it is not with the staff, but with the funding that has not kept pace with that growth.”

“I came with damaged trapezium muscles and very acute pain that nothing would ease. Also the damage to my back from having a desk job for twenty years. My wife contacted Oxford Street practice and booked my appointment. I am a sole carer for my wife and this includes quite strenuous work at times. So it was important that i got sorted quickly. Since I am autistic I really dont like being touched by people I dont know or trust. Kerry was told of this and ensured she explained what she was going to do so I felt relaxed. By the end of the first visit I was relieved enough to be able to sleep with the aid of mild pain medication. Within 3 visits I was pain free and able to sleep through with no medication. All costs were discussed up front so there were no nasty surprises and a treatment plan agreed. All in all the service from Kerry has been exceptional. Kerry is very empathic and understanding of your needs and concerns. I can heartily recommend this practice. Yes its an investment but it could be the best money you spend.”
