   I would recommend specsavers kettering. The staff are all fantastic, credit to you all. James the optician amazing explained everything, Sammy who was brilliant helping me choose my frames absolutely superb, Hannah who want through all the tapes of lenses etc. Previously I received fantastic service from another optician, sorry cannot remember his name. Also thanks to reception team who I spoke with. Literally fitting me with an appointment within 30 mins Thank you all

   I recently visited Specsavers for an eye test and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. I did not have to wait long at all before being served by the friendly and well-mannered staff. The opticians were extremely helpful and provided great advice to help me select the perfect frames that suited my face and style. They also ensured I made the most of my vouchers to get the best value for my purchase. Overall, I am very satisfied with the high level of professional yet personable service I received at Specs Avers. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and ensure I got the eyewear solution tailored to my needs.    Truly amazing customer service - these staff go above and beyond again and again for me. Have stayed here for years. Most recently despite an automatic contact lens order I asked for them to delay it due to my prescription changing - which they did and I wasn't charged! Also, with some recent glasses (Which are extremely expensive due to my complex prescription), the lady went above and beyond to get me as many discounts as possible, ones I didn't even know existed. My prescription is often changing and the staff are so quick to book me in,responsive on the phone,changing orders quickly and squeezing me in for appointments both for contact lenses and glasses- there are optician shops everywhere but I stay here due to how amazing the staff are. THANK YOU !

   Very impressed with the price of two for one varifocals. Good customer service. Also optician was knowledgeable and engaging which I had never previously experienced at vision express where it's a bit robotic. I'd had an eye operation a few years ago and talked through everything with the optician and it made a difference to hear what he had to say. He also listened and gave feedback. The varifocals are the best vision ive ever had and the frames are both lovely and designer. They said come back if any problems.

   My mum went for an eye check-up and selected her spec style she wanted, she went back today to collect this and couldn’t see through the new glasses clearly. She had to get re-checked today with a new optician and found out the other optician had incorrectly prescribed the first time around. Also she is unsure whether it is the same spec style initially chosen. So, a little advise to take pic of the selected spec. Anyhow, Good service in dealing with new appointment however disappointed for the hassle she had faced. She hopes for a better service next time around.

   Outstanding service starting with my eye test through to choosing new varifocal glasses. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, nothing was to much trouble, having never worn glasses before varifocals were explained in depth to me which filled me with confidence. So glad I chose Specsavers Kettering.

   the customer service is clearly going downhill in the Kettering branch. From the minute you walk in the door they are trying to glean an extra £10 from you to take a scan of your eyes. Being diabetic I get my scans done for free at the local hospital (and I get the images emailed to me!) Also after having used them for 17 years they now (this year) specsavers refuse to give customers a copy of their prescription (despite already having paid £218 for 2 pairs) they are afraid customers will order elsewhere obviously and despite the Kettering branch having more staff than customers (I would guess 4 staff for every 3 customers when they are busy) they refuse customers access to their toilets. very poor customer service IMHO.
