Not sure if the lovely doctor will get to see this as I’m unsure how to leave feedback. I went with my daughter on Friday 21st November at 11am due to her genuinely just feeling unwell. The doctor we saw was middle aged and blonde. She done her obs and was concerned for my daughter and even allowed us to take her water. Told us to go to a&e. My daughter ended up staying from Friday to Sunday night due to influenza a. I just wanted to feedback positively because usually it’s only negative we see and my daughter was unwell last year and it took multiple trips to be given an answer but in this case the doctor took my concerns seriously which possibly prevented a more serious situation so THANK YOU.

I feel bad for the bad reviews as the parking on private land has nothing to do with the GP surgery. We've been at the surgery years and only had 1 bad appointment (went to pals about). Just this week within 2hrs of a frantic phone call about some medication we had the meds via the pharmacist at surgery in our hands in 2hrs, all staff being kind and understanding. Always found reception so helpful going above and beyond to help.

The MOST EXPENSIVE GP service. We were asked to attend this GP service to see the pediatrician for our 1 year old son. Little did we know, we would receive a lovely £100 fine for parking in the medical car park. We appealed the claim saying we used the medical center, and the receptionist did not inform us we needed to log our license plate and yet the idiot who was in charge of appeals misread our email and decided we didn't use the medical center (despite our proof) and said we now have to go through small claims court. Easier to just pay the fine. Avoid at all costs. Just go to the hospital or walk/cycle in.

As evey GP practice in the country it can be a struggle to get an appointment. But great when you can get to see a doctor. Please be aware if you park at the practice don’t forget to give them your car registration as you will get a fine of not.

I don't live local to the area and had to pick up a prescription after a half an hour drive. The parking sign confused me, as I had been told to pick up my prescription from the Village Medical Centre, so I thought I'd be valid under the sign as a patient/client. As I had been told to pick it up from the Medical Centre, I didn't even realise the pharmacy was considered separate. I thought the bottom part of the sign was referring to a separate "Miracle John" building. I now have to pay a £60 fine so be careful when parking to use this pharmacy's facilities. I have attached the sign in the hopes others don't make the same mistake.

This organisation is now at rock bottom, today I tried to make an on line doctor's appointment for a telephone consultation, today 27th Feb. the system showed no appointments available till 14th March, I was told that I could only make on the day @ 7.30am. This centre is not "patient friendly"

Very poor customer service, the receptionist was so rude and needs proper training. Called 8am for an appointment, reserved my position for a call back, only to be told no more appointments for the day to call back tomorrow. She said it was my choice for choosing a call back in a rude way. I had to tell her she was been rude and you don’t talk to patients like that, her response was I should stop shouting and she dropped the call. A very poor practice to attend.

Since the change of ownership I feel the practice has really improved. Yes, like many practices you do have to ring at 8am on the day to be seen the same day, but I have nearly always been able to get appointments for my sons and myself that way. The queue call back service is a brilliant idea. Have had one bad experience with a locum but otherwise the doctors and nurses have all been friendly, reassuring and thorough and the receptionists are positive and work hard

I been trying to book an appointment for my son who has had stomach pains and vomiting for days. Kept phoning at 8am for appointment. Waiting on phone for nearvan hour each time to be told no appointments and I should phone at 8 am if I wanted one ...I did...I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR!! I ask to book an appointment for later in in month ( 7th Dec today) they said nothing available. I asked if I could book for next month. They said No!! We don't open bookings until end of month?! What am I to do. No help at all. She than she just said if gets worst contact 111 or go to A &E... Why can't I get a doctor's appointment but can book a dental appointment for 6 months later or get my dog a vet appointment?? I don't use it much but when I do the service is terrible from the reception. No help what so ever

In a world full of negativity at the moment, I thought I had to write in to say what an asset to the medical centre Nurse Jackie Williams is. Despite all the changes of ownership, covid and staff changes, she has been a "constant" throughout. She always welcomes me with a happy positive attitude and her knowledge and skill set is appreciated. From someone who had a phobia of needles I can say that she has changed my perception to giving blood. She is caring and reassuring and actually listens to her patients, which seems rare these days. I hope she remains with the Great Denham Medical Centre as she is a credit to the team.
