I have had two calls with Sarah the clinical pharmacist at the group. She really is amazing. She understands, cares and most certainly is an absolute credit to the surgery. I can not thank her enough for supporting me through a tricky journey.

Stay away from Dr Syeda Zerra. (May not be correct spelling) Before I even sat down for my appointment I was accused of smoking weed. For the appointment I came on my lunch break for⦠in my 2 piece suit. That sounds right. What a disgusting, fake and patronising women to accuse anyone of doing such a thing. Clearly judging people before they even come into the room which surely is strictly prohibited in health care. Raises concerns whether she is giving bias care towards the whole community based on what they look like or what they do. This surgery are quick to shut down anyone that raises their voice from which I can see from their signs, but they can be quick to throw accusations and we just have to sit there and smile. Shes quick to say smoking is bad but has anyone told her being overweight at her age isnt the best. Or maybe she has to wait a month for her appointment too.

Absolutely shocking. Too many patients and not enough appointments. Cannot even pre book 6 weeks ahead. If you are not at deaths door yet I'm pretty sure you will be left to get there as a patiet with this surgery. On a positive the receptionists who I have spoken to have been pleasant.

We moved from Ampthill to Bedford a year ago. I have nothing but praise for this practice. The reception staff are always very helpful and pleasant. The doctors and the pharmacy are very on the ball and so good at their jobs. We actually feel cared for which I is a fantastic change from our last doctors surgery.

They never pick their call , I am on call wait since 2 HOURS , not the first time, I literally have to go to the surgery to make an appointment and have seen how the call keeps ringing while receptionists are chatting and making tea for themselves, the surgery needs to hire someone efficient and kick out the grumpy receptionists bring bad name to the surgery.

They never reply to the call at 8 o' clock to take an appointment. They drop the line. For elders it can be very difficult to go in person at 8 to take the appointment.

I would just like to say a few words about how Iβve been treated at your surgery. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I was at the surgery yesterday while I had left my 5 month old baby at home (me assuming it will be a quick visit to the doctors). I had to wait for so long, that wasnβt even the sad part. I was ignored 5 times as I kept saying βexcuse meβ and none of the receptionist gave their attention, but as soon someone else walked in they were immediately attended. I am not one to complain, have never but I felt so hurt and very very disappointed. I wasnβt going to bring this up but I think I have to because I am continuously being targeted, maybe because Iβm Asian. When I was pregnant I was treated so badly by the staff members, they would not call me for checkups with the midwife, not check my health or my babyβs and it was just so hard. Even the midwife working there was appalled by their behaviour. They come across rude and condescending and I have to say this is the worst place you can attended where you are being treated for your health, it puts you down mentally. Im so disappointed and hurt and to top it all off while Iβm going through postpartum.

This is an excellent GP practice. The reception team is always friendly and very helpful in my experience. The nurse I met when I registered was nice and reassuring. Every doctor I've seen have been fantastic, they knew exactly when a situation is urgent and were capable of diagnosing hard to spot illness. Words are not enough to say how much I appreciate this GP practice.
