Doctor got upset because questioned the medication she was offering me. She then followed out the office shouting at me saying she is taking me off my pain medication. Awful doctors

What an absolutely awful service for my Mum. She called to make and appointment, she was 39 in the queue. So she waited to be called back, nearly two hours later they sent her a text to say they called her and she didn't answer. They absolutely did not. I was sitting right next to her. She phoned the surgery to try and get an appointment, to be told she had to sign up to Anima. So we tried, but you can only do it between 7.30am and 1pm. So she couldn't even sign up let alone get an appointment. What an absolute shower this lot are. My Mum worked from aged 15 to 69yo. Paid into the system all her life, and this is the treatment she gets. DISGUSTING

Michelle and Rose are amazing and provide me with the exact service I require during my visits. They demonstrate an outstanding attitude towards employee safety and provided significant contributions to solutions and discussions. A very positive experience that demonstrates an exemplary attitude to work, no doubt reflecting their commitment to outstanding patient service and colleague support. Thank you so much.

Really bad wasted 3 hours on the phone to try and get an appointment in which time it was to late and they said I would have to ring back at 12 which I did and they said come at 3 for a sit and wait and at 6.30 I was still sat waiting its a joke then to top if off I explained i have ADHD and would like so just arrange a real appointment as sitting twiddling my thumbs for an hour is a challenge in its self and she said I would need to call back the following day at 8 I said I did that this morning and waited 3 hours until I spoke to someone and how I feel it will happen again she said thats the nature of the beast the doctors there are lovely and really helpful but its like jumping hoops to get there

Been coming here for years and the surgery has always been amazing! Receptionists are lovely as well as the doctors/nurses. Everyone is always so polite and I’ve always been able to get appointments quick.

My late husband lived with heart /lung disease 6yrs after being diagnosed. . We relocated to this area three years ago . Going from being seen monthly by our previous doctors to nothing was disappointing to say the least. Another chest infection is it . See the nurse for antibiotics. This happened last year 4 times and no one questioned it . By October he went face to face to a receptionist asked to see a doctor. Not a nurse . He finally got to see one . And the question after explaining his symptoms what you like us to do “. ! Well a chest x ray would be good . I’ve asbestos on my lungs I’m getting worse I can’t breath I’m tired what would you say is wrong . Ok a chest X-ray blood tests and wait for results .when it came back it was wait 6 weeks to repeat it see the difference . In the mean time take these tablets . He didn’t wait 6 weeks he was too unwell . after going to same day emergency care at Kettering some three weeks later After taking. Meds advised by senior partner at the surgery for a cough that was day and night an d it didn’t work he was seen by a trainee doctor . Who said he had fluid on his right lung Sent him home with more antibiotics . Asked to come back 4 days later .. another x ray and a respiratory trainee sent him home with a inhaler . !! We have to wait 6 weeks to compare . We didn’t get to 6 weeks . Back we went for another X-ray and Ct scan then fluid from his lungs then biopsy . Because he couldn’t breath and had lost8 kilos in weight by then . Diagnosed with lung cancer on December 6th given two years to live . He lived 35 days I nursed him myself . No help came from parklands .they didn’t know how bad he was . That’s their excuse . Then when he died his death was certified by out of hours with “ your own doctors will be out tomorrow to verify him . We waited and waited and waited . It took from when they opened at 8 am to 3 in the Afternoon and three phone calls to send a nurse to do their dam job of telling me my husband was definitely dead …. Yes I know . He has Been here all night in my bed . Waiting on you .

Excellent doctors surgery. Always had a positive experience with the clinicians here and when we've really needed to see someone we've always been given a same day appointment without too much trouble.

An extraordinarily friendly and helpful team. When the NHS is under so much pressure, and thus subject to so much criticism, this surgery is a real credit to the system. My thanks to all the team for being so good.
