    Used this clinic for an appt, receptionist was friendly. However, came back following day (Wednesday) to drop off sample as requested, to find it closed at 16:37 (despite sign saying stating 17:00hrs)

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in to try to speak to the receptionist about changing an appointment for a clinic I attend and they were very unhelpful. She kept saying ‘NO’ to every question I asked. I went home and found a phone number on the internet and managed to change my appointment. Why she couldn’t have given me the number I’m not sure.
