   Very poor experience. The occupational health report I received contained inaccurate information that did not reflect what was discussed. I raised concerns and asked for it to be reviewed, but I was ignored despite following up more than once. The lack of accountability and professionalism was disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

   Takes weeks for admin to just email an OH report after it has already been written. When you call (if you get through to someone) they say ‘it will be done today’ but it never is.

   I've dealt with Medigold Northampton a few times, and every single time they have made several fairly serious mistakes and are generally rude and unpleasant to deal with. If you have any choice, avoid at all costs.
