Phoned twice and not getting any appointment. Then received message that I did not attend my appointment! What appointment???? Not helpful in finding out about outstanding referrals or results from previous blood tests. How can I interact with my GP???
All I can say is... "WOW" If I could have given 6 stars...I would have... Helpful & forthright organising in one Brilliant phone to arrange my jabs & a blood test !!! How helpful is that !!!
I can only speak as I find and have nothing but praise for this surgery. From the helpful and friendly reception staff to the approachable and extremely knowledgeable GP's that work between both surgerys - my husband and I have recieved the best advice, treatment and care. As a previous reviewer has stated we are so very lucky to have these facilities on our doorstep!
