I had problems with patient transport not turning up on time to pick me up from home, so had to get a taxi to the building for my appointment, which was way past the time, but the support I had from the team was very good at getting my blood sample sent through quickly so that I could have my ct scan done, but I was still late getting home because I spent 6 hours there
