As folks have said, the phone is either unanswered, or engaged. Why? The service is decent enough, but it seems people do not pass info between themselves. I had a sonographer casually confirm something very bad as if I already knew the thing they were saying (I didn't) - absolutely zero care taken there. The thing is, I watched the previous doctor carefully put in the notes in the computer the day before which explained everything and the reason for my visit the next day, which apparently this person didn't feel the need to read. I get that they will be absolutely stacked, but honestly - its traumatic if there is bad news. This needs handling with more care.

It can take a while to get through and there’s often a wait. BUT when you are seen, they are kind and compassionate. They are reassuring and they don’t make you feel as though you’re wasting their time. I’ve experienced 4 losses and they’ve been very supportive, particularly when being pregnant after loss.

No one answers the phone! So I’ve had to actually go to the clinic to book an appointment where they made me sit and wait for 40 mins to make an appointment. The nurse couldn’t care less that I’d been waiting that long or that I had been calling non stop trying to book an appointment.
