   From initial procedure until final one today I received excellent care from all of the staff concerned. Nurse Abigael looked after myself in a very profesional and friendly manner whilst I waited for Dr Lyall to carry out the procedure which he completed very well. I must mention the super friendly team on both receptions also. All in all a very pleasant and professional experience. Thank you and keep up the geat service.

   Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish for my girlfriends operation today! All staff on site were attentive, understanding and friendly from initial greeting in the morning at reception till nurse walking her out to the car at the end of the day. Massive thanks to Dr Brady and all the team at Three Shires Hospital. Facilities and cleanliness could not be faulted throughout the building, including parking too. Quality and service of food & drink were above expectations as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the future with the reviews speaking for themselves, as it has certainly changed our mindsets on what a Hospital experience can be like!

   My overall experience at the Three Shires was wonderful. It was stress-free & amazing for me from the consultation to the check-ups to the main surgery, recovery & follow ups. I had undergone surgery a month back with Mr. Aldrich. He was superb, very calm, caring & compassionate from the beginning. I was well informed about my procedure & the post surgery care & treatment. I cant thank him & his team enough for taking such good care of me. I found the whole team of staff at the hospital very helpful & professional at all the times. While at the hospital someone from the team was always there till the main procedure reassuring me, cracking jokes & talking, putting me at ease. Post surgery they took care of me so well & put me at ease in the lovely room. A huge thank you to the lovely nurses who took care of me - especially Edwina & Jackie. They were very supportive, warm & genuinely caring. The food was amazing (you are spoilt for choices with the menu options they have) and care provided at every step was exceptional. thanks to the physiotherapy team who prepared me for what to expect and how to prepare & care for myself during recovery which really helped. My whole experience which could have been daunting & stressful turned out to be very nice and relaxed. Thank you to the whole team of Three Shires for providing such lovely & professional care.

   Met by lovely staff at the reception this morning. The waiting area was clean and tidy with lovely complimentary hot drinks - with a variety of herbals teas, too. Emily, the nurse, was very professional with a genuinely caring nature. She made me feel as ease and my blood pressure was low despite having ‘white coat syndrome’. She drew blood from three different places without me even knowing she had. Generally most of the rime, the nurse struggles to find a good vein. Jude, the lovely doctor,, has a great ‘’bedside manner’ that the 90 minutes I was with him felt like 15 minutes. The Three Shires has been my ‘go to’ private hospital for several years and I am always impressed with the consistently great quality of service provided each time by the medical and other staff .

   Review for Three Shires Hospital I had a total knee replacement yesterday at Three Shires Hospital, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the very beginning of my journey four months ago, Mr. Shukla (surgeon) was exceptionally kind, caring, and supportive. As an incredibly nervous patient, I was reassured at every stage—from admission through surgery and now as I’m being discharged. The entire process was smooth, well-managed, and I was kept fully informed about everything, from medications to pre-operation steps and discharge procedures. The food was amazing, the service outstanding, and every member of staff—from doctors to the cleaning team—showed true professionalism, respect, and compassion. To anyone in doubt about using this hospital: rest assured, Three Shires Hospital provides excellent care and has an incredible team of staff. — Gregg Davidson

   I had a lumbar microdiscetomy done on Saturday at Three Shires and the care I received was amazing. Every staff member here is friendly, caring and so brilliant at their jobs. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was amazing. But I mostly wanted to say thank you to my nurse Wendy, who acted like a second mum to me during my stay. She held my hand before my surgery, made sure I had all the hot chocolate I could ever ask for, and made me feel so much more at ease. Wendy is a true credit, and I will never forget the care she gave me. Thank you!

   The staff are so friendly, kind, and helpful. The hospital is clean and organized. I felt rest assured that everything is going to be alright. The doctor that treated me was brilliant and a true expert; the treatment was amazing that I started to feel better after the1st appointment and my pain was alleviated quickly. I was so grateful and relieved!

   Very impressed. No messing around but friendly service. My consultant Mr Nandhar was clear and concise about my operation and happy to answer questions, the anaesthetist was also very professional and comforting. The nursing staff were all great in particular Pam, nothing was too much, they were proactive and helpful. Let’s face it nobody wants to be in hospital but in my opinion they couldn’t have done much more to make it go smoother, having had other operations with the nhs (i do understand the pressures they’re under) the two experiences are greatly different. Clean and quiet private room to boot. Would highly recommend.

   I have been referred as an NHS patient and on my two visits to the hospital I have been received with utmost courtesy and professionalism, from the reception staff to the nurses and the the consultant. I felt very much at ease thanks to the kindness of all the staff I came into contact with and I'm feeling reassured and confident about having my forthcoming surgery.

   Really nice staff and very welcoming. Felt at ease and relaxed. Both Dr's I've seen here have also been very nice, understanding and explanatory. Edit after operation: Felt very humbled with the care and support I received from everyone there. Pam made me feel at ease and relaxed and was extremely nice and helpful. The care I received before and after operation was unprecedented. I was treated with respect and dignity and have zero complaints, just praise for all those there that made my stay possible and very pleasant. The room was extremely clean and well prepared. Food was nutritious and the girl who bought me my dinner was lovely. Very happy and smiling all the time. Looking forward to going back for physio with Emma. She was lovely too.
