Why does it have to say what number you are in the queue about every 20 seconds!! it's so annoying!! The receptionist was nice 'Jane'
Receptionist was so rude. She told me to ‘take my phone off of speaker’ when i told her it wasn’t which it wasn’t she replied saying she can ‘hear everything going on in the background’ instead of addressing the condition i called for. Deserves no stars.
Worse place i have been there to check my skin and she didn’t do blood test nothing she gave me antibiotics for acne and when i check its said that this can be used for dogs i don’t understand what kind of dermatologist are they cuz no check skin just gave medicine ok try this bla bla i will never go there anymore
Called through to Reception to get some advice as my young boy is suffering with his skin. Receptionist was extremely rude and demeaning. Basically wanted me off the phone and completely misunderstood my question. NHS is going down the pan.
I have been a patient for many years at Dermatology and have always found them to be caring, very helpful, and professional. What I also appreciate is the administration of appointments, follow up and availability. All very efficient - well done
