   Nurse service very poor. Nurse with who I have appointment, rush to finish phone appointment. After reading report, was really shocked. Make own decisions without even properly listening. Referred to Physiotherapist, who even do not have any understanding about illness employee have. Illness not even related with Physiotherapist. How Physiotherapist can make report without knowledge, understanding about employees illness? TP- Ocupation health more working to support employer than ill employees. Very disappointed

   Didn't listen diagnosed over a phone and states I'm fit for work even he has not examined me or have back pain exercises to do wich i tried to say its what my healthcare have given me didn't listen.

   Showed zero compassion when explaining that I had an extreme needle phobia and therefore wanted to minimize the number of blood tests needed and wanted to have both required tests at the same time. Was simply told this would delay my start date and hung up on. Already had to do assessment online twice as it failed to save the first time. Would much prefer a personal and local service.
