   Not from a service users point of view but my daughter did her work placement here and hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful the staff were to her during her time at mind. Great, genuine people who want to help :)

   I went here yesterday and just sobbed for 2hrs. I don't know how much it helped me but it was better to not be on my own. The staff I encountered were nice. Thanks for tolerating me for as long as you did.

   Very helpful service for people in crisis due to mental health problems. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Relax in there with a cup of tea or coffee and private chat with staff available. They give advice and help when you need it most. Great charity.

   No ventilation in the cafe, no social distancing, out of date vaccinations. 3 reasons not to go here if you value your health. Surely being able to understand English is a prerequisite. Apparently you have to phone ahead to find out if it's safe for you to attend
