    I always have problems when I shop at your market. The price of yogurt is low on the shelf and higher at the cash register. No correction is made despite my telling them. I also recommend that you work with professional personnel. Because I come to pay the electricity bill. Since he doesn't read the barcode, he wants to send me away. In other words, he doesn't want to deal with it. However, when he manually enters the barcode, the transaction is solved without any problems.

    This used to be such a good shop. The post office is open 3.5 days a week which is inconvenient. The prices of tobacco after asking for 30gms cheapest on offer was Β£20.10p which is Β£4.60 dearer than other local stores. & Β£3.40 dearer than Morrison's supermarket! Outrageous prices that everyone should avoid. Over time you will save a lot of money. Store staff are great ladies with all being said. Good luck girls we will all miss coming in the shop most days.

    Had a parcel delivered to the post office in this store. Went to collect it and store was closed. When I asked why it was closed I was told there was no staff to work so they closed store. Does this store not have a manager or supervisor, anywhere else they would have to cover shifts if no staff available.

    Waited outside for over 20 mins after a store 'delivery'. Lorry had long left. I phoned up to see if the store was actually going to open. I could see people moving around inside. Poor response to call. Told they had to put the frozen items away. "Could be another 15 mins? Who knows, it takes as long as it takes." I was on my way home after a very long stressful day. All I wanted was to leave a parcel that has to be tracked. I called the other evening and was told that there was no one in who could do it and I was told to call back Thursday evening. Disheartened. Whilst I clearly understand the cold chain and accept a reasonable wait time. There was also a queue forming outside and at was a busy time of day. See the CCTV. 18.05 onwards. There were few people turned away. Poor management, practice needs reviewing and improving. Came home hungry,upset and frustrated with the same parcel for return that I have carried all week. It says on the door that your post office is open all the time the store is. I am all in favour of 'shop local'. You just lost my vote tonight .
