   Having previously used a well known opticians for my hearing aids and hearing issues I was unconvinced by the service and care that I was receiving. After speaking to one of my own customers who sung The Hearing Clinics praises I bit the bullet and went to see Angelique. The appointment was easy to arrange without being able to hear as my old hearing aids were bot working. It was so nice to speak with Angelique as she didn’t look away when she was talking to me or talk with her hand in front of her mouth so that I could hear the initial questions. I’ve now had two appointments and I can hear again with my new hearing aids which on initial setup work better than my previous set. A non rushed, caring and understanding service which felt like it was tailored for my needs. Certainly non judgmental with no pushy sales. Just the truth as to what is needed short and long term and the options you have. Many thanks Angelique! I CAN HEAR again!

   Another successful appointment - the devices make a huge difference, not only my daughter’s hearing, but to her happiness and wellbeing. She can hear properly at school and interact with her friends. She is not constantly worried about missing things. Brigette is an expert in her field, but also takes the time and care to listen to the issues and resolve them. We’re very lucky to have found her!

   I've used the Hearing Clinic before, and have always been very impressed with the service and staff, from the appointment desk onwards. This latest visit was no exception. The audiologist who dealt with me was very good and clear in explaining what she was doing. Since the earwax has been removed I can hear properly again.

We were advised through the whole process from physical examinations, hearing examinations to advise about which hearing devices would be appropriate for my needs.    My Initial Telephone enquiry to the Radlett hearing clinic receptionist was very pleasant and helpful as she took time to go through the service available and process to obtain an examination of my ears for wax removal. Good written pre examination information was provided and the need to start olive oil ear drops. On my appointment day I was seen on time by the hearing specialist in clean, bright, professional surroundings. The whole examination process was carried out with good explanation using good visible screen shots of inside my ears and good clear answers to my questions. I felt relaxed and reassured throughout that I was in good professional hands. Although no wax was found in my ears, the technical examinations carried out, the time taken and the cost of the whole consultation process from beginning to end was well worth it together will the healthy knowledge about the inside of my ears!

   This was my first visit to this clinic for earwax removal and I am so glad I made the decision to come here, based on the reviews I read. Their communication prior to my appointment, including info. on parking etc. was detailed and very helpful. They took care to establish my past history of earwax removal and general ear health, with a comprehensive form sent to me to complete and return prior to my appointment. Trishia did the micro-suction, and she made me feel very relaxed and totally confident that I need not be concerned at all about the procedure. She took great care throughout, and clearly explained everything to me. My earwax was bad, and the last bit was impossible to remove safely as it is resting on my eardrum and the olive oil hadn't reached it. Tricia took no risks, more olive oil is needed and I have a return visit booked for two weeks time. If there is time, they also do a free hearing test when the micro-suction is done, which I will be having next time. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I will never go anywhere else now.
