First class treatment with brilliant staff who care for you from start to finish ,i have had my cataract operation on the 5-11-2024 I missed placed my prescription with work commitments, I left it at a customer's site on Thursday, 15th November. I called yesterday, Saturday 16th November, they were closed but went through the phones automated attendant I spoke to lovely lady from out of hours care, although it wasn't an emergency, she made it so easy that she asked me to call back today 17th November, at 8am when they are opened. I was asked to come in after 15:00 . I arrived at 15:30 with my prescription waiting for me. From start to finish, this is the best service I've ever received. Thank you all..
