I think this surgery is amazing! The reception staff are amazing! I honestly couldnβt think of a better set of women they have all helped me and the doctors and nurses and great! Brilliant surgery!

This is probably the most heartless medical practice in the UK. The reception staff are so unsympathetic and the whole practice is "Computer says no". There is no flexibility, no empathy, no patient welfare ... just inflexibility and to be honest rudeness. If you push back, even gently and politely, you are faced with hostility. I should imagine that the reception staff probably get a lot of people pushing back because they are so inflexible as a practice so it would get quite wearing. As others have said on their comments this review is a waste of time as they clearly do not look or care. So do yourself a favour and do not sign up here.

The booking system is ok, no need to stay in the phone queue gor ages, or try to get on the line for 300 times (not exaggerating) like I use to have to, but! This GP practise is getting worse instead of getting better, as a new mum I was never treated seriously, I was there with my 2 months old baby every 2 weeks, doctors kept changing my babies milk and telling me "it will go away" while my baby was in pain, it took us an A&E visit to find out my baby had very bad case of reflux. Recently got diagnosed with ADHD, I've been left by the practice without my medicine, which I might add i can't just stop taking randomly, because they have agreed for a share agreement with Psychiatry-UK, but apparently this kind of medications is not something they prescribe. For 5 DAYS I've been calling, going into the practise, being told my prescription will be sent to pharmacy, just to wait 2 days, and be told that prescription is not there, to then be told thay they dont actually prescribe it. I had a letter proof of one of the doctors agreeing and signing the agreement, but no one cared. Finally ONE lady was amazing, unfortunately due to stress I forgot her name, she helped me and sorted out the situation and I could finally relax. But overall, not an ideal experience with it. Nurses are amazing, and some of the reception staff, but 70% of people working there just don't care about patients, especially the little ones.

If you are considering a GP this is not it. If you are 5 min late it's a brawl (understandable right? Standard policy and procedures). But their doctors are always LATE !!!! EVEN IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS THE LITERAL FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY HOW ?!?? Yeah this surgery, you can't even complain because guess what NEPOTISM. Nearly all the actual GPS are RELATED!! Shut this place down report their negligence to ICB or GMC

Disgusting behaviour from doctors and reception. last Monday after requesting an appointment I was sent to the Pharmacy First they refused to treat me because I was with a severe infection caused by an insect bite on my face and my eye. I got back to the gp reception they said that the next available appointment was the next day. I end up in a private clinic with a severe conjunctivitis infection Definitely not recommended

Im patient in this practice for almost 5 years and is now ridiculous and really bad health service. First is impossible to book a consultation over the phone now you need to wake up before 8 to be there just to book your appointment. Today I wait almost one hour there to book the appointment because they had only one person on the reception and I was the number 25 (I have an infection on my lungs so cold is not the best combination) Beside that when I came back for my appointment I had to wait more than one hour to be called inside. The doctor that saw me doesnβt even know how to hear my longs saying that I had nothing and she started refusing to give me medication. My wife is a nurse and she could really hear that my lungs were not ok (more the right side) but this doctor asked me to breath normally because I start to cough a lot. I even informed her that breathing I had pain on my right lung and she simply ignored. Her recommendation was to only drink a lot of water. She checked my troat saying that is okβ¦ my tongue is all white and I have a lot of yellow flame the night before I even bleed from my nose with all that mucuses.. Ridiculous service and if you can be part of another practice donβt register here they are useless. After that I said that I didnβt lost 2 hours there and hora on the day before with 111 service to someone tell me that Iβm ok when I can feel that Iβm really sick. To just make me quiet she prescribe antibiotic and she was literally forcing me to leave the room. Bad service bad practice donβt go thereβ¦ has we say in Portuguese there is a great place to call the death.

awful. didn't use to be so bad 10 years ago. but truly unresponsive and unreasonable. pharmacy didn't have the cream prescribed for an infection, needed the doctor to prescribe something else but receptionist acted as if it was my fault or as if i had any control in the situation? "if we prescribe something else and they don't have it then we will be back here again won't we" we'll yes, but what is the alternative? the pharmacy has just sent me empty handed with nothing and the doctor is the only one who can provide the next best alternative, right?! go at 7.30am to get an appointment, 8.10 they give you an appointment for 8am, wait till 8.25 to be seen and out by 8.29. are all GPs like this?!

Awful Surgery! Never ever get an appointment! They tell you to walk in at 8am and wait for an appointment? Not really fair if your disabled like me and struggle to get in or if you work, elderly! All appointments are gone by time they finally answer. Call at 8am and wait on hold forever! Prescribtions always wrong! Always losing my consultants communication letters! They never listen to you or even respond to emails. Its a joke of a surgery. Husband asked for appointment to be offered over 6 weeks time!

I called at 8am but didnβt get answered until 9:30 as the line was busy. I was seen to by a doctor who was in training, very nice but not very helpful. I told her what was wrong and why I needed a check up and her first response was βwhat would you want me to doβ This threw me off as I needed help and wasnβt sure how a doctor could help me so I needed advise on my symptoms (Hence why I attended the facility) As a doctor she should be aware of how to help me instead of asking what I want. I then asked her how can she help and what could my symptoms possibly be and she weighed me and did a check up and told me I was fine but to loose weight as Iβm obese when Iβm a healthy size 10. I understand that things like this may need to be approached but I felt like it had nothing to do with I attended for and didnβt need to be mentioned. I walked out feeling very upset.

Awful surgery. They took me, my 3 year old and 1.5 year old off the system but never notified me.I can now not get my meds or my sons inhalers. I emailed 3 times to ask wether I could stay with the practice as well. Could never get appts. Would have to go thru 111. Poor customer service too. Docs were amazing tho.
