We booked this Premier Inn for a special event we had in the area. A lot of our guests stayed there too. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond for us and our guests. We highly recommend them.
Staff are wonderful here. Really friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms. Location good. Attached restaurant is the only downside... really loud, various items not available etc. Might be because it was a weekend that we stayed? For a more relaxed atmosphere we walked 4 minutes down the road to a tandoori restaurant which was wonderful (staff, location, food etc all good) so not wanting to eat at the restaurant wasn't a problem and, in a way, a good thing as we got to eat at a gem of a place. Was just noisy when everyone was smoking outside or leaving the pub so we were woken up several times until early hours of the morning.
I would especially like to comment on the staff. All from the cleaners to reception made my stay very special. Nothing was too much trouble. The offered help with luggage and gave a cheerful greetings as I came and went. These ladies are wonderful. The bed was comfy too so I slept very well
A great location especially if you’re working in the area as access roads are easy. A decent sized car park on the flat. And it adjoins a pub, which is okay, adequate for work purposes. The usual you would expect from a premier inn to be honest.
Me & my husband had a brilliant 2 nights stay , the staff were amazing .
We stayed here Christmas day 2022. I called ahead to check arrival time only to find that I hadn't in fact made the booking. The lovely lady on reception, Leanne, advised me to book online to get the best rate. Made the booking and within 5 minutes Leanne called me to confirm. She didn't need to do that and I appreciated her thinking to do this. When we arrived the next day it was the same person working. Quick and easy check in and a gift for my daughter since it was Christmas day. A lovely touch! The room was basic but pleasant. I think staff going the extra mile always makes a difference and Leanne certainly did this. We will stay again when we are next in the area.
Perfect for my work stay, nice pub attached with good food. Premier inn is in a good location.
Great hotel, usual premier inn standards, room was clean and good size, staff were great, its close to St Neots town centre and close to Bedford, Sandy, Biggleswade and Cambridge so overall a great location, great size free car park
