   Mark was super accommodating and communicative from the day I reached out to him to book the property. From allowing us to stay despite owning a large dog, to coordinating our day 2 Covid test kits to his address before we arrived, to allowing us to check in early due to an early morning flight. This property exceeded all of our expectations, as very few homes allow dogs, have a full kitchen and laundry, and had reserved parking within the driving radius I was looking in. Mark had the property well stocked with all the necessary essentials one would or could need. The home is about a 15 minute walk into the nicest town you’ll ever stay in, with lovely restaurants, stores, and a fantastic playground for kids (and a large field for a dog to run around). We stayed at this property for 25 nights and Mark was extremely flexible and understanding (he even pre-booked several weeks out to ensure we had a place to stay in case we couldn’t find permanent housing before our reservation ended). Mark is an awesome Airbnb host (he even tried to find us a permanent home in town!) On behalf of my family, thank you for a fantastic stay in Higham Ferrers. *We met temporary neighbors who were incredibly kind; and enjoyed musing over the Beatles artwork. (Once you identify John Lennon as an aged Harry Potter, you cannot unsee it).

   100% recommend, we had a fantastic stay here, felt right at home. The flat Was sparkling clean and very cosy so we felt right at home. The location is amazing, so many restaurants, local shops, an independent bakery and greengrocer in the high street and nice walks along the river. Very comfortable large bed and a great modern shower. Mark was a fantastic host and responded to all our queries immediately, and even brought over extra towels etc- much appreciated! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

   We had such an enjoyable stay at Mark’s place, everything was perfect, the kitchen and shower were 1st class and it felt very homely, with everything you could need. Higham Ferrers itself is quaint and quiet with all the local amenities within walking distance. Mark was quick to respond, very welcoming and so lovely.

   Amazing host, amazing location, self check in was very simple, the pictures do not do it justice at all! Mark made us feel very welcome at the property, Super comfy large bed, slept like a baby, we had an amazing time and Mark was very helpful and did his best for us while we were in Higham Ferrrs! Definitely coming back soon!

   A gorgeous home away from home in a beautiful English town. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. Fantastic host who was friendly, communicative and couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. By far my favourite Air BnB experience so far. Highly recommended!
