Very good experience. Short waiting time, very thorough test, the optician listened to my requirements (unlike another popular high street opticians). All staff friendly, just waiting for my glasses, hopefully they'll be perfect.

The service here was superb throughout. Also the glasses selection is fantastic and reasonably priced. John is a credit to this company, so friendly , polite and helpful. He clearly enjoys his job and helping others. I’m very particular, I know what I want and he was happy to be patient and help me choose the right glasses. The rest of the team also have a can do, welcoming approach to customer service.

Prompt, efficient and warm welcome. Good initial tests, including pressure etc. The optician/ ophthalmologist was excellent. Very informative, patient and encouraging. The process of choosing and ordering the glasses was unhurried and efficient. Thank you.

Found the sales lady (annoyed that didn’t get her name now) very helpful on both occasions when visiting the store. The Optician was also very helpful and explained everything so had no need to ask any questions during my eye test. Customer service was definitely first class which is not heard of so much these days so makes a nice change .

The eye test was thorough, the staff were friendly and I wasn’t kept waiting. I felt the choice of frames was small so I decided to use my existing frames. I was told my new varifocal lenses would be in excess of £300 by the time I’d added various options and the cost to use my own frames would be £70 I questioned what I was getting for £70 when I could buy a new pair of frames for £59.00 the assistant said it’s called a reglaze charge. I questioned how it is reglaze, I’m paying for new lenses there is nothing to reglaze, if it makes it cheaper I can remove the old lenses myself. The assistant wasn’t able to provide an explanation of why it costs an extra £70 to use your own frames. Edit* I see I have had a reply, thank you for the link link to the costs but it doesn't explain why or should I say justify why you have to pay £70 on top of the lens cost to put new lenses into your existing frames. At the time of writing this, your web site states "Glasses from £25.00". If I brought those frames for £25 and had new lenses put in, that would save me £45 over using my own frames, it really does not make sense
