   The breakfast cooked by Tina was absolutely brilliant, there was plenty of choice available & we would like to stay here again. We were given a cup of tea on arrival & there was a plentiful supply of refreshments in our room as well as some lovely biscuits. Tina was very kind to our dog who stayed in the room with us and was treated to a sausage at breakfast time too.

   Richard and Tina are lovely, incredibly welcoming and even made us a cuppa on arrival. Ruby cottage is very sweet with the perfect mix of historical charm and modern amenities. Facing on to a beautiful courtyard garden, with private parking and direct access to the main street allowing us to come and go at will. Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom and even a stocked fridge in our room. Couldn't ask for more! 10/10 recommend!

   Great location for Santa Pod. Tina and Richard were so friendly and helpful. Bed so comfy, property was spotless and breakfast, absolutely banging!! Had a few drinks and lots of laughs. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

   An absolutely fantastic stay and the hosts could not do more for you! The room is a self-contained annex with access to a private secure carpark and it's own private entrance and the key is located in a key safe. The room has a flat screen smart TV and comfy double bed and fridge with milks and juices included. There is a private disability friendly bathroom with 'wet room' style and safely seating and hand rails throughout. The room has WiFi and all amenities you would need! Breakfast is provided fresh every morning by the hosts Richard and Tina and is absolutely delicious! As for the hosts, they are where this B&B excel! I dealt with Richard directly and couldn't have found a nicer more accommodating host. Any requests such as early check in/ late check out weren't any bother and they both added a welcome 'homely' touch to the accomodation and have returned 3 times since!
