   The room was huge and well kept. The hotel felt like I was the only person staying there. No food and no breakfast on site, you had to across the road and eat with the students. Yep, it's in the grounds of Northampton University. Couldn't fault the Waterside bar for value and portions but disappointed that there was only coffee available at the hotel.

   Rooms lovely but very hot and mattress too hard. Ventilator in room, but I can't sleep with the noise of a running ventilator. Window opens a bit but not enough to let fresh air in. My room was situated near the bus stop with bus waiting there, motor idling, which is very noisy. Breakfast is served in another building, buffet style .Typical cooked English breakfast, vegan sausages not very nice, skin very hard and coffee undrinkable. All in all a disappointment.

   Stayed here twice now and both times were fantastic. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, staff are friendly, location is great. What more can I say? Would definitely stay there again.

   I booked this hotel in June 2024 for a stay in July 2025, securing my reservation over a year in advance. Shockingly, this month, I was informed that the hotel was increasing the price of my 3-night stay by over £650! No prior communication, no justification— just an outrageous price hike months after my confirmed booking. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. Travelers should be able to trust that a confirmed rate will be honored. Avoid this place if you don’t want last-minute surprises!

   This hotel is in the university of Nottingham complex so in that sense is convenient. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom is small. The rooms are also quite stuffy and hot so needed to use the fan. The breakfast is next door in the canteen on Mondays to Fridays. All in all I would stay here again if it was just for one night but if more than one I would need to consider.

   Great location for the uni, underwhelming customer service, room and facilities are basic. Would only use again if desperate for location. The view from the window was another building brick wall.

   Modern building located on the University campus. Comfortable, clean and warm with decent beds. Room with double bed and x 1 breakfast costs £95 Breakfast is served a short distance across a courtyard. Breakfast serving times are between 8 and 10 am which I find quite late as most people wanting to stay for work purposes would need to be gone by then. If you need to leave before 8 no Breakfast to go option is available.

   Had trouble finding the hotel, not sign posted from car park. Bar not open on a Saturday. Continental breakfast was a joke, hardly anything to choose from & no full English like we were told, Receptionist apologised for these things & said to email them which we did but have had no reply. Not a good experience, so disappointed after good reviews, also only one small pillow each not good. Shame as location not to bad.

   We stayed here for an event on campus. Perfect location. Lovely rooms. Tea, coffee, water and bikkies provided. Continental breakfast available for 5quid. Clean and fresh like everything else on campus

   Toilet flush broken in first room but we were switched immediately to another room. Too warm in the room so had to sleep with window open which was noisy in the morning as the bus stop was right outside. Room spotless, well equipped and breakfast excellent although there might be congestion if too many guests arrive at the same time. My bad hips didn't do well on the mattress but that's my problem and not the hotels fault.
