Great location just off the main road, short run into town if needed! Very clean comfortable rooms, lovely staff and great restaurant opposite. Will be back soon and look forward to their refurbished rooms in time.

Stayed with hubby for a little break away. Requested a family room as we like the size of a premier in bath. Reception lady was very helpful & welcoming. Room was clean and welcoming nice and warm for us checking in. Bed was super comfy. Room was nice and dark perfect for a little get away.

Me and my hubby stayed for one night purely for a family room with a bath (we don’t have one at home). We had lovely relaxed night. Reception desk staff were very nice & helpful. Room was clean and welcoming. We had a very good nights sleep. Can tell the building is tired but is still very clean. Housekeeping staff were very friendly when we came across them in the hallways

Had to ask to move rooms as the first room I was given was so shabby with hanging off toilet seat that I refuse to accept it. The second room had shower water going everywhere because the hose didn't fit the shower head and would you believe it the sliding door came off it's rails! It would be funny if I hadn't paid nearly 400 pounds for three nights. Travelodge is better quality than this, certainly not a "premier" experience.

Great location and facilities. Breakfast and dinner at pub next door and good value with meal deal. Friendly reception. Room a little cold and very small but suitable for overnight stay and Silverstone only 15/20mins away. Comfy bed and all the amenities needed.

The smallest room you could imagine. Couldn't even sit at the desk due to the bed. Bathroom was smaller than my cabin bathroom on a P&O crossing. Can't brush your teeth without banging your arm on the shower. Vending machine out of service so I was told to walk down the dual carriageway! Dinner was very mediocre, worst beefeater I've been to. All in all I feel a bit disappointed especially given the room rate. There are better options around

The room itself was clean but the bathroom was a bit manky, the floor looked like it could do with a good scrub.

A great hotel. I visit Northampton occasionally to see family, once for a family wedding and several times on Christmas days. I always book this hotel and it has always been a great hotel for that type of stay. I have not tried their breakfast or food place so do not know how that is. But I can happily recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

Very rarely do I give such low marks to a Premier Inn. Unfortunately it does not help when you have booked an accessible room and it happens to feel like it's in the next County, did a sadist decide to put an accessible room just about as far back from reception as they could possibly make it. If you have mobility problems as I do do not have accessible room 28. As you will see from my photograph with the TV and the menu the menu in his big as the television and it's not a big menu. This particular unit is definitely in need of refurbishment and bringing up to 2020 standards. For a moment I thought I'd booked into a Travelodge. I just hope the fire alarm doesn't go off tonight because I will remain in my room.

Stayed for 1 night in an accessible room - wish it had been longer because everything was perfect! Customer service was excellent. The receptionist who booked me in was wonderful. She helped me to my room, showed me how everything worked and reassured me of assistance should I need it during my stay. She was amazing - genuinely kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was set up perfectly for my needs. A mini library in the reception area gave a welcoming touch. And check-out at 12pm not 10am - Thank You!
