The B&B is in a good position for the Silverstone circuit, but it is prone to loud engine noise outside if you leave the windows open. There is parking onsite and the host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequately furnished with bottles of water and toiletries were provided. All in all a lovely place to stay.
Unfortunately I would love to stay longer...flying visit short on time...lovely place...and highly recommended...great place as a home base if you are thinking a tour the area holiday or weekend break.
Walked by here the day before waiting for an uber and the lady outside was so sweet. Day 2 we had some time to spare and walked back again. Great staff and atmosphere for a local pub. Good prices on drinks. Planning to come back tomorrow for breakfast!
We were a group of 3 and came for 2 nights to go to Silverstone. Lesley and Mark are lovely people and we had everything and more that we needed in our rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked to order. Plenty of variety too. Very handy for the track at Silverstone but also for other local places of interest. And if we got stuck, we Just asked Lesley and Mark. Would certainly go back next time we re in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay
Not the 1st time we have stayed here & certainly won't be the last!! Mark & Lesley (& Sam the dog) are superb hosts & always go out of their way to make you feel welcome Superb breakfast to set you for the day ahead. The owners are really nice and friendly. The room (2) had a massive comfy bed. The wet room was really nice. Breakfast was good with a full range, from cereal to a English breakfast. The location puts you appropriately a 20min walk from the front gate of Silverstone. I'd come back if there's enough room.
Lovely place to stay, room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Bathroom fabulous with a great shower. Everything you'd need on a break away. Location is excellent for Silverstone only a few minutes drive or walk away. Village near by with nice pub for evening meal and drinks. Lovely cooked breakfast the following morning with juices, cereals etc, etc, lot's of choice. Couldn't fault it. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, Thank You for your Hospitality.
Stopped here overnight to run the Silverstone Half Marathon on the Sunday, was absolutely fantastic. Stayed in a log cabin which was well kitted out and even included a beer in the fridge. The couple running it are brilliant and Mark even ran me up to the local pub on the Saturday night so I could get some food! Breakfast was perfect and they even let me leave my car safely while I did the race. Can't say enough nice things about this place. If your ever at an event in Silverstone you should definitely stay here!
Stayed here for a Silverstone race day event and had a great time. I stayed with a friend in the log cabins and it was perfect. Private access to be able to come and go without disturbing anybody, as well as private parking. The hosts were really welcoming and the breakfast was great!
