   Would highly recommend Norfolk Home Services. They installed an oil boiler in our house earlier this year, this time a gas boiler in my mother’s house. Couldn’t fault the service. Prompt, polite, clean and tidy. Excellent job and will definitely be using them again.

   Ross and Ashley and their team have been absolutely amazing. They were prompt on the day, working hard non-stop, so skilful, cheerful and helpful. They thoroughly flushed out our heating system, serviced our old boiler, fitted a new pump and valves and fitted a replacement radiator and a new stop-tap. All was sorted by late afternoon. Amazing service. Very highly recommended. Follow-up. We asked if Ross could improve our shower and fit a better kitchen tap. Early one morning short time later he came to do the jobs. We showed pictures of the fancy kitchen tap we'd wanted and he showed us a tap which was much better, beautifully engineered, British made, good for spare parts, guaranteed. We said yes. Twenty minutes later really elegant new tap working superbly. He then fitted new inside workings for our 40 year old shower mixer and hey-presto, smooth effortless shower control and no drips any more. Fantastic service, so skilful.

   I honestly can’t recommend Ross from Norfolk Home Services enough. He’s been out to help me a couple of times now, and every time, he’s been nothing short of brilliant. From the first time I called him, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the best solution, rather than just rushing through the job and moving on to the next. What really stood out is how much he actually cares. He takes the time to explain everything properly, so you know exactly what’s going on and what your options are. There’s no upselling, no unnecessary work, just honest advice and fair pricing. He even helped me work out the most cost-effective way to get things sorted with a Sewage pump issue which I wasn't expecting, which is rare to find these days. Ross (and his team) are some of the nicest, most approachable people you could have working in your home. Nothing is too much trouble, and no question is a stupid one (even though I probably asked a few!). He’s super patient, works efficiently, and still manages to keep everything really tidy. It’s such a relief knowing I now have a plumber I can trust completely. If you need someone reliable, skilled, and genuinely decent, Ross is 100% the person to call. Couldn’t be happier with the work he’s done!

   We had a full house lot of work done over the past year to update a very antiquated system. Ross designed the pipes layout and made sure that the radiator output was right for each room to keep us warm, boiler and a hot water tank repositioned, and bathrooms installed. It was a lot of work and some quite complex, working within limited spaces and around builders' timelines. A massive thank you to the whole team, making sure all was finished and working for our move in date, the house is toasty warm, the bathrooms are beautiful and love the thermostat controls.

   We used Norfolk Home Services twice in recent weeks; firstly to repair a leaking pipe under the sink in the kitchen having had a temporary repair carried out under our Home Emergency cover. We were quoted by our insurers that the job to do a permanent repair would take 8 hours, Ross came and got the job done in an hour! We spoke to him about a few other jobs we were looking to get done, and he was able to fit us in a couple of weeks later. Ross was very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable answering any questions we had. Craig and Lewis who also attended the job second time around were also very polite and professional. We would definitely recommend and will be using again for future jobs.

   Excellent service and very tidy. I phoned in the morning,in a bit of a panic, as discovered cupboard under sink full of water. They called round later that day , fully investigated, replaced all relevant parts and sorted. Will definitely use again. Very happy customer.
