Cant recommend them enough! We had a wrecked tyre on the first day of our holiday and they made an emergency call out to get it sorted going above and beyond anything we expected. A very reasonable price and saved the holiday! Back on the road within 2 hours of the first call. Very efficient, helpful and friendly.
Last week i had a flat tyre in the Coop in Bungay. I phoned Smiths and they had someone out in 30 mins, took my flat tyre, changed it at tje garage and brought it back and fitted it. Amazing and friendly service. HIGHLY recommended
I recommend Smith's garage. They've twice been able to fit my car in on short notice, relatively speaking, for work. One job other garages had turned away as it was a long, difficult process to take apart the whole dashboard and fit an evaporator. Recently called up as a new (different) problem on a previous fix had occurred. They fit my car in the same day and it was fixed for free the next morning for collection ready for the weekend. Very helpful customer service and good communication. 5/5.
Had diagnostics done, for £48. Was then given the diagnostic paper without any explanation as to what it all meant. When asked how much it would cost to fix was told a fortune, not a price. Very unprofessional service. Will not use again.

Unfortunately they couldn't tell me what is wrong with my car. However, I don't hold this against them at all. They are 1 of 3 garages who have ended with the same conclusion. However, they have helped me narrow the problem down and I now know that my pressure at the rail is excessively high and fluctuating. I will likely return to them for additional work or parts as I systematically work through the high pressure side of the fuel pump. Thanks chaps for fitting me in but I may also be coming back to you for a manual pressure test to confirm and ensure its not a sensor throwing out dodgy readings.
Had an MOT, 2 weeks later the other coil spring broke and wasn't on advisory, even broke our lock nut and didn't tell us! Now have to pay extra to get this fixed
Very good service. They managed to fit me in quickly, did a good job and didn't overcharge. They are now my preferred local garage.
