Very clean. A nice quiet location allowed me to keep window open, no noisy traffic or revellers. Staff were happy n cheerful.
This has not been recently refurbished but not necessarily a bad thing as it did mean plenty of room and a decent sized hanging rail by the door and the rooms were clean and fresh. The bedside sockets had been updated to include USB and USB-C sockets. Good location with free parking and supermarket within walking distance.
Had a really good experience there. Great staff, very clean rooms and good rates for a multi-night stay. Astin on the front desk was always smiling and really helpful (taxis, suggestions for food and drink, etc) - a credit to the business. Located right next to Miller & Carter too and convenient for Milton Keynes sites and places to go. Small shopping complex a few hundred yards away... chippy, convenience store, gym and Subway. Would recommend this place for the staff and location.
Room was on ground floor by entrance, which is shared with entrance to the pub next door. There were no net curtains so we had to close the curtains to get any privacy. There was a lot of noise from the pub, and again early in the morning. The lighting in the room was poor, just one light by the door and bedside lights that gave little light.
Just wonder how we can book a room closer to the lift,stairs and ground floor.i only ask as we always get the room furthest from the lift etc. Just wondering as it would be helpful for us oh and especially if the lift is out of order ?Which it was on our last visit
Great hotel left a pair of suit trousers behind staff went out of their way to get them back to me which is more than I can say for the Hitlon Doubletree at the football stadium so take my advice and stay here if you want your property respected!!!!! Thanks Team
Plenty of parking when arrive. Friendly welcome at reception. Nice smell as walking in and through corridors to our room, nice clean carpet throughout. Clean and warm room. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is lack of tea/coffee in room and no plug sockets next to bed to charge phone.
Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Silverstone Circuit. It is only about 20 mins drive away and the route is very good I read a few reviews before I booked complaining about noise from people leaving the Steakhouse next door. My room was on the ground floor and while there was some noise from people outside it did not disturb me that much and I slept fine. The room was clean as was the bedding and towels and at £50 per night I was more than happy.
