   I recently had an unfortunate incident where my Lexus was the target of an attempted theft (CAN bus theft) while parked at Stratford International Car Park. As a result, the left side of the bumper was detached and the lamps on that side stopped working. I brought the car to EASR Body Workshop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. The team was incredibly helpful and professional—they assessed the damage and sorted out the issue immediately. Their responsiveness and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend EASR Body Workshop to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality car repairs. The service is excellent, and they genuinely care about getting you back on the road safely and quickly.

   The team at EASR did a fantastic job refitting the front of my car following an accident with a deer. They were polite and courteous throughout the process and gave regular updates when asked. The repairs and respray made the car just like new. Would not hesitate to recommend.

   I wouldn’t normally complain this much, however, my car went in back in April and I got it back in June, no updates and I had to do all the chasing. Then I got my car back, you can see from the photos the state i got it back in, it was disgusting. Further to this they actually further damaged my car whilst with them! I then went to collect my car and they missed the damaged bumper which was in line with the damaged tailgate. So, got my car home and when it rained the next day I went to use the rear wiper and they had put the wiper arm back on upside down. There is no end quality sign off, work is poor quality, lied saying they had valeted my car but clearly they didn’t. I have complained to them and got an apology but they could not explain all the errors. Hope my compliant and notification to my insurance company will raise concerns. Will never use EASR Ltd again. Awful experience.

   I visited EASR for a smashed bumper. They’ve been wonderful throughout the process. On the day I contacted them they were able to fit me in for a quote and to make sure nothing more serious was wrong. They gave me reassurance and provided a quote very quickly. The quote was reasonable for the work that needed doing and it was an honest reflection of what needed doing, they could see my parking sensors had just been popped out and didn’t need replacing and were honest about this with me and didn’t try to upsell me at any point. They were flexible and were able to give my multiple dates for when I could bring my car in to get fixed. They responded promptly to my queries via email. They kept my car for just a few days and the work is faultless. 100% would recommend and will use again if I need to.

   This is a fabulous garage for excellent customer service and high quality, reasonably priced body work. We saved over £1000 on a comparable quote and when they returned it they said they had fixed additional items they found on the way. Brilliant! I cannot praise them highly enough. Don’t go anywhere else for bodywork repairs.

   Just got back from EASR after a van had backed in to the front of my car while it was parking. One of the guys at this place came out and gave the front a once over and after he'd established that none of the clips were broken he clipped the rest of the plastics back in after I'd clipped a couple back in myself; shortly after the accident so the car didn't look deformed. They didn't charge me a penny and I was welcomed by a very professional and friendly gentleman who also completed the repairs. I forgot to take his name, unfortunately but I'd definitely recommend this establishment to anybody with bodywork issues. When I first spoke to them on the phone, they spoke of their fair and open policy on the cost of parts. Again, I can't recommend them high enough.

   Had a deep curb rash on my Jaguar and was concerned cost could blow out because of the style of alloy but not only was EASR great value for money, the quality of their work was OUTSTANDING. They were also very personable and their customer service was excellent rather than the normal grunts you get from anyone in the motor trade.
